The ceviche was a small mound of shredded cabbage with a light dusting of chopped shrimp, jalapenos, cucumber, and razor-thin slices of avocado. The flavor was bland. I know restaurants are struggling and I generally don't complain. But for $14 before tax and tip, it felt like a slap in the face - even in these days of inflation.

Had the asada steak fries and asada hummus bowl. Both were spectacular the hummus had just the right amount of heat and the meat was so tender. Might be my favorite restaurant at Stanley so far.

Absolutely delicious! Their food is crafted with care, and truly amazing. I love the fusion between Mediterranean and Latin American. I had the lamb merguez bowl, and every bite was a flavor explosion. Really reasonable prices for what you get as well. 💯 Recommended!

“I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Elita’s Market and Kitchen multiple times, even though I live in Los Angeles. Every visit has been an absolute delight! The service is top-notch, and the hospitality is incredibly warm and welcoming. The quality of the food and meats is unmatched; each dish is crafted with care and expertise. Elita’s is truly a gem in Colorado, and I always look forward to my visits. Highly recommend!”

I stopped by to grab a Peruvian steak sandwich while running some errands. Hadn’t been to Elitas in a min and I forgot how delicious and legit the sandwich’s are. They also are super big and made me full. I would def recommend going here for lunch. They also have all kinds of other specialty meats to buy if your feeling fancy.

Elita is a true gem inside Stanley Marketplace!! The food is incredibly flavorful and you can tell everything is made with care, from the house-made sauces to the freshly prepared meats. The market side is also amazing and perfect for grabbing dips, pickles, or artisanal goods to go. Friendly staff, beautiful space, and food that actually surprises you in the best way. Must try!!!!

A great place to pick up exotic spices and a quick bite to eat. Used to live near the Mediterranean and this place is a little slice of my life when I used to live abroad. All the sandwiches are🔥

I really wanted to enjoy this place. In fact, I’ve given it four tries before leaving this review. I’ll share the last 2 experiences.. The 3rd time I came here, I ordered the Barbacoa tacos, which were amazing…. But the service was terrible. I placed my order and sat right by the pick up area for 20 minutes before I finally asked where my food was. They said it had been ready for 10 minutes, but never called my name. My most recent visit was tonight. I wanted to get posole. There was a lot of food There was expired in the fridges. I asked if the stickers meant that that was the date they were made or the date they expired and the lady told me it was the date they We prepare prepared. I asked how they could be prepared three days in advance and she said she messed up….. Which means the food was two weeks expired. I’m done with this place
