The boba drinks weren’t very good. They just tasted like fruity milk.$16 for two drinks is outrageous, but what’s even worse was when I checked my bank account statement later and saw they charged my card $20.

The drinks themselves were pretty tasty( I got their signature drink and my wife got the taro milk tea), but the boba balls were only alright, though I am very picky when it comes to tapioca. The cashiers were friendly enough and our drinks were made quickly.Kid-friendliness: Drinks aren't caffeinated to high hell as far as I'm aware

These reviews are all false! I absolutely loved my experience here! There was an employee named Ana that helped me choose my drink and had a wonderful attitude, I would 100% recommend visiting a place like this!

We went to the mall and we saw bubble tea sign so we followed the introduction that was on the sign to get to there. We went there Yesterday around 4pm and there was this 2 Latina "girls" working there and 1 American. The 2 Latina girls didnt have good customer service. While i was standing there ordering our drinks the other girl grab a cup and turn around throw it to the other Latina girl and it fell cos' she couldn't catch it, why ? she was busy on the her phone. I think they were trying to ignore the White girl. I almost gave the white girl a tip (even if she didnt do my order, i just love her attitude not like those 2 Latina GIRLs) i say they're girls cos' they young . They better change their attitude or look for other jobs ???? THEY DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE . THEY'RE ON THEIR PHONE . THEY KEEP THEIR DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE OTHER WORKER , LIKE THEIR PERFECT OR WHAT .

12/10/22- I ordered a drink and the total came to 8.11. I gave the lady a 20 and she only gave me back $9 instead of the $9.89 I was due. I asked her about it and she said she had no change. So she basically thought it was OK to steal money because she didn't want to have change in the register. I told her to cancel my order and give me my money back which she did. She didn't put up a fight about it since i had just caught her actively stealing and there were other people around that heard what had happened. Do not trust this place, they will steal money from you.
