The most little and amazing cocktail bar at the top floor of Stanley Marketplace! It's an excellent addition and almost a hidden gem! The space is small, so be ready to get cozy! Their food list is small and their drink menu (including zero proof drinks) is mighty. The oysters on ice were very tasty. We love all the house made sauces, from the migonette and cocktail sauce. The views here are so pretty. Something about this place just made me want to take in everything and enjoy good company and life.

This is a great spot for a date night with beautiful views! Service is also top notch ?
Yooo… the oysters at this spot are absolutely the best in the city—fresh, petite, and bright (west coast all day). The attention to detail in their preparation was evident.
The real highlight of our experience, though, was the incredible service from Zach, who was outstanding. Not only did he know the menu inside and out, but he also had an impressive grasp of wine and spirits. Zach took the time to understand our preferences and made spot-on recommendations for wines and dishes that complemented our oysters. His warm and attentive service made us feel at ease, and his friendly personality was nice to engage with.
Adding to our experience, the sous chef, Cooper, came over to personally welcome us, ensuring we felt comfortable and answering any questions we had about the menu. Cooper even went the extra mile by assisting with our drink choices, which is something you don’t often see from a sous chef. His willingness to go beyond his role and help with our drinks demonstrated his commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
The ambiance at was the perfect backdrop to this stellar service. With a team like Zach and Cooper, this oyster bar not only offers the best oysters in town but also makes you feel genuinely valued as a guest. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to go back. I appetite you y’al at Traveling Mercie

Love this new spot! The Stanley Marketplace finally has a great spot for craft cocktails! Absolutely love this cozy cocktail/raw bar. The oysters and small bites were fantastic. Just right for pairing with the extensive spirits and cocktail options — including non-alcoholic cocktails and wine. Very much enjoyed the Diamondback rye-based cocktail and an old fashioned made with Bakhta rye finished in Armagnac and blended with rum. This is a special spot that I’m looking forward to coming back to. Great views of the outdoor space. It seats 26 so it looks like a great spot for small private events too!

A wonderful escape from the pandemonium of The Stanley. Love the cocktails & oysters concept - feels unique to Denver. After a few visits, it seems the staff enjoys being there, which is reflected the great service, music and atmosphere.

The food was delicious, even though I'm allergic to shellfish, there were lots of tasty options. Our server Sarah was great and helped a lot with recommendations, I left happy with a to go bag that got absolutely velociraptored at 2am. No complaints, more stars.

Exactly what I expected! A classy, elegant cocktail bar overlooking the courtyard outside with high quality drinks ?, A stunning, indoor space, cozy, and intimate, and a perfectly coupled oyster ? menu with beautiful pairings to the drink selections! Non alcoholic offerings as well. Service was exceptional. Thank you, Caroline & TM staff!

So yeah! This place is quite small so get there early. But it’s all pitch perfect. Really well balanced drinks. Knowledgeable and friendly service (and not pushy). Great food. Class act.

Was expecting a lot more from this place from the hype.
It's got an attractive menu and has built itself up to be an incredible oyster and drinks experience but I'm beginning to think it's because there's nothing in the area to compare it against and/or people reviewing it positively have never been to a good oyster bar.
To be fair, when we arrived, they seemed to be stressed out about a leak in the ceiling, but the issues had nothing to do with that in hindsight.
First off it's small... only 7 bar seats, 2 small tables and 7 window seats. It isn't open air and not a balcony bar. It's way too small and cramped in there but I've been to speakeasies of a similar size.... The difference is it's always been worth the wait to get in/ feeling of it being limited seating.
The main issues were that the drinks were at best average and certainly overpriced, the service was terrible plus the oysters were nothing to write home about.
For $17 - $18 a drink, $5 and oyster and hard to get seating, you would expect high quality and unique drinks, best possible quality oysters (for CO) and most importantly impeccable service. I'm happy to wait in line and spend up to $20 a cocktail if it's made quickly, is unique and tastes as the menu describes it.
My whiskey drink was a poor man's whiskey sour that I watched a trainee bartender have to remake and it still wasn't right. My wife's pineapple champagne cocktail was just gin, pineapple juice and sparkling wine. Why would you pay $18 a drink for a trainee to deliver something you could get at a local bar? It took 15 minutes to be served badly made cocktails.
Most surprisingly, when we asked for the difference between oysters on offer, the head server had no idea and had to dip out to find someone to explain them to her. Again, for the hype and the cost, you'd think a place this small would have someone who could remember the profiles of the only two oyster varieties they have.
I'm sure if you live near the Stanley, this place has appeal, because there's literally nothing else for miles, but it's not worth traveling to and is not going to live up to the hype if you know any better.
