Love the frozen yogurt flavors, good customer service

Yikes! The two young women who work here could rival sailors with their foul language. Cursing and gossiping about other people while at work is not only inappropriate but also so very unprofessional.
And to do it in front of customers with young children is all the worse.
When I gently said “language” to them in an attempt to redirect the behavior in front of my family, they simply ignored me and continued on with their gossip.
Terrible employee behavior.
The two stars, instead of one for the experience, is because they do have a lot of nice toppings available.
Nonetheless, any business that operates with allowing employees to use foul language and gossip in front of customers without a care in the world isn’t worth it when there are so many other amazing business to support.

This place sells good ice cream. Although m, there could have been more options to choose from in terms of the types of ice cream.

Hours are not accurate. It’s Friday at 8:45 and they’re closed

They’re always closed early. I’ve came at 8pm & the lights are off, online it says 9pm is closing time and at the location on the window it says 8:30pm. UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS!! Cold stone it is lol.

Neither of us like their frozen yogurt. We both felt it didn't taste like yogurt.

2024-June. Nice walk from parking lots surrounding the mall. The water feature is turned on during summer.
This facility is beside the water feature. There was lots of seating around the water feature, so we got our yogurt and sat outside.

The yogurt comes in different flavors and toppings (See video) and it's paid by the weight.

It tasted good because it was hot outside.

Requested a sample cup to try their cake batter and they said they dont offer samples. Of course after I purchase a cupful of the cake batter I taste it to find its awful. Worst cake batter frozen yogurt I’ve had. Two stars since the toppings were halfway decent.

Expired tart flavor?? When I went back to the store because after eating my yogurt I realized the tart flavor tasting & smelling like alcohol wasnt just from it mixing with the watermelon flavor, which I have gotten tart from this location multiple times before and it never tasted like this. When I went in & talked to the manager about the smell & taste she was pretty rude & told me,”well it’s almost gone” & kept repeating that. I admit there didn't seem to be much left in the cup but I didn’t get much to begin with & it had already started melting so it didn’t seem like a lot but it was about half of what I had gotten. I asked if it had expired which she did not address & just offered me a free cup or a refund which was nice but when I asked for a refund she just gave me a 5 dollar bill. I understand there isn’t much she can do but I really just wanted to know if the yogurt was actually expired or not since I had eaten some of it & started feeling sick which I had never gotten from that tart yogurt before.
