I don’t like these reviews under here saying bad things, the workers have always been friendly, and always clean up after all customers, don’t be so quick to judge!

love the ice cream and toppings! all the comments are absolutely rude, i find that the workers are so sweet, although they don’t offer samples, everything is amazing. very clean, loved the 80s music and had such an amazing time

We’ve been taking the kids here for a while now but the last few times we visited, the toppings they got on their icecream were rock hard, you couldn’t even bite down into. They were inedible. I thought the first time was an off day but it has happened 2x in a row. I know the candies sit out all day but check your toppings to make sure they are good and not stale. Another annoyance is when you are adding toppings the attendants are literally hovering over, brushing the toppings back in as you are trying to scoop some out. They don’t even acknowledge you as a customer or ask how your doing. Have some common courtesy and allow the customer to gather their toppings then go behind them to tidy up. Overall good icecream but the customer service is lacking.

When I walked in one of the girls working was standing behind the counter eating a piece of pizza. After I got my frozen yogurt and was picking out the toppings, the same girl (a brunette with long hair) was sweeping the toppings that fell on the counter, back into the containers they go in. I scooped some cereal into my yogurt and noticed a long, dark hair. They should really require anyone with hair longer than shoulder length to atleast put it up in a pony tail. Really gross, I used to work in food places and there is a lot of unsanitary practices here…:(

Love the ice cream. However, today they had a music playlist that was so wildly inappropriate. A business that serves families should not have music that has profanity. I hope the owners are aware of the music their employees are playing.

Love the frozen yogurt flavors, good customer service

Yikes! The two young women who work here could rival sailors with their foul language. Cursing and gossiping about other people while at work is not only inappropriate but also so very unprofessional.
And to do it in front of customers with young children is all the worse.
When I gently said “language” to them in an attempt to redirect the behavior in front of my family, they simply ignored me and continued on with their gossip.
Terrible employee behavior.
The two stars, instead of one for the experience, is because they do have a lot of nice toppings available.
Nonetheless, any business that operates with allowing employees to use foul language and gossip in front of customers without a care in the world isn’t worth it when there are so many other amazing business to support.

This place sells good ice cream. Although m, there could have been more options to choose from in terms of the types of ice cream.

Hours are not accurate. It’s Friday at 8:45 and they’re closed

They’re always closed early. I’ve came at 8pm & the lights are off, online it says 9pm is closing time and at the location on the window it says 8:30pm. UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS!! Cold stone it is lol.
