Visited mango house today and ordered Nan Gyi Dok thick rice noodles, curried chicken, finished with lime. From Urban Burma. Definitely recommend great dish and service!

My toddler just burned her hand because they had a HOT CROCKPOT cooking food in the DINING AREA!!! Why would you be cooking food in the dining area?!?!?! This is unacceptable!!! I assumed the crock pot was off but I was wrong. I'm extremely upset😡
Additionally, all the tables were DIRTY and all the menus were sticky and disgusting!! Have some pride.
I loved this place. So much personality and great food. If you're up for something unique this is a great place but it's not good for the suburban nervous types. They will be frightened, cry and run home to tell everyone that someone looked at them funny.

Real authentic Burmese food in a cute and modest food hall with other authentic ethnic restaurants. The Shan noodles and tea salad are absolute fire. Go there and support all of the restaurants at this food hall.

Delicious, carefully crafted and interesting food in a food court in a community center. This place makes me feel optimistic about finding great hole-in-the-wall restaurants in Denver.

One of the more unique tasting spots in Denver! Highly recommend the tea leaf salad for something quite different with bold flavor. Im usually not the biggest tofu fan but I kept reaching for more of the Golden Triangle tofu!

I’ve been to Urban Burma numerous times and the food is consistently fantastic while being reasonably priced. It’s got a nicely decorated dining area, too, and the staff’s always really sweet. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

Buckle up your taste buds, friends. Urban Burma is NOT here to play. This is one of several food stalls within Mango House, a community center for ethnic minorities and refugees. The seating area is shared, and you'll see little hints of cultural flair near each stall.
The menu is short but captures most of the Burmese top hits that you'll see this side of the Pacific (notably missing, mohinga, as well as ginger salad). One of the co-owners, Siri, was manning the front and was elated to be serving a fellow Burmese person (my boyfriend). After ordering and debating the pros/cons of various famous Burmese restaurants in other parts of the country (a certain Superstar in the Bay Area), he sat us down with some water cups and went back to take care of the growing dinner line.
The water cups are small and you'll have to refill yourself at the water station, but that's about the only downside of eating here. We shared the Tea Leaf Salad, Ono Kao Sweh, and their special curry of the day, a Braised Pork Curry. Siri himself came out to deliver each dish as it was prepared, each one neatly portioned out on elegant serving-ware that contrasts with the otherwise rather sparse decor in Mango House. The Ono Kao Sweh was sublime - wonderfully thick and brothy with a hint of lime and coconut. If you've never had Tea Leaf Salad, I envy you for getting to experience the mouth-feel of its textures and tastes for the first time. It hits, in all the right ways. The Pork Curry was rich and salty, maybe too salty for me, but comforting in the ways that only aunties and uncles can perfect.
My belly can't wait to experience Urban Burma again.

Such kind people running this spot.
I had the sampler and it was really great, but was definitely jealous of my friends ONO KAO SWEH noodle bowl!
I don’t make it to Aurora often, but when I do I’ll definitely be back.

Met a buddy here on a whim for a quick lunch. Oh. My. Goodness. I was not expecting one of the best meals I’ve had in Colorado to be this.. Here.. I was so impressed I decided to leave a review and turns out a lot of other folks agree with me. Makes me feel justified. Five Stars for the Ono Kao Sweh and the samosas. Out of this world. Was not expecting to be so thrilled about this. Long
live this joint.

Many items on the menu can be made vegan. I had a platter with a samosa, tea leaf salad, rice and curry. Washes it down with a ginger mint spritzer. This place is a food stall in an indoor complex with diverse food stalls and small stores. I’ve had Burmese food a handful of times and this food was top notch. Flavorful!
Really enjoyed the sampler meal here. Probably the best Samosa I've ever eaten. I liked the tea leaf salad a lot too, and the pork curry was flavorful and delicious even though the rice was mushy and overcooked.
Service was warm and staff was welcoming. The man who helped us was friendly, conversational, and happy to share recommendations from the menu. We would love to try this place again.
