Absolutely incredible cidery with a great atmosphere and fantastic staff! The pub bites are even amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough, all of their ciders are brewed in house and have to be the best in Colorado, and they have beer and wine available as well. A must visit for any cider fan and a great place to hang out!

Not huge into beer so I thought I would try this cider place. Was really impressed by the ciders/drinks themselves as well as the bartender behind the bar (Heather). We had a great time talking to her and trying different ciders. The blueberry jalapeño and raspberry ciders were big hits, as well as the hot toddy. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

We were so excited to try this place, but what a disappointing experience! We walked into this small space and sat at the bar. We weren't greeted or acknowledged by the bartender for 15 minutes. Never once looked at us and at least said he was busy and would get to us when he could. It was the final straw when he took the order of someone who walked in after us, so we left. I've never experienced anything like that when sitting at the bar in a place. So even though I was looking forward to trying a few different ciders, we just couldn't stay after being ignored for so long.

A lovely and clean taproom with a pleasant ambiance, friendly service, and delicious local ciders. They also offer cocktails and a few beers on tap.
My daughter and I went in and had two flights and tried all 9 cider flavors with a delicious Bavarian pretzel. A lovely time and Heather was amazing. 100% will be back.

Vanishing West Ciders is a gem. The cider is brewed in-house and the flavors were outstanding—balanced, refreshing, and way better than your average cider. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Heather was amazing. She clearly knows her stuff. If you're a cider fan (or even if you're not yet), this place is 100% worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was looking for a local cidery and came across this place during my Google search. Decided to give them a try and I was so glad I did. What a fantastic selection of craft ciders. I started with the ciders flight which gives you 4 various 5 ounce pours. All were delicious but my favorite was the sour sweet tart cider. Had a great conversation with one of the proprietors Heather who was not only kind and welcoming but she was very informative about the products being offered. I most definitely recommend this place and will certainly be returning myself.
