They just remodeled and the place looks amazing!! They still have the amazing customer service with new items added to the menu as well! I want them to know they did an amazing job keeping up with the times but still feels they love their customers. Definitely will be back more to try the new drinks!

EDIT** We went back last night to have a quick dinner with my mom. They didn't warn you they were out of almost everything due to a remodel coming up. Still charged as if the plates came with everything though. Mom also got food poisoning. Only thing different she had was sausage and lemonade. Sausage didn't look raw, so if I had to guess... the food definitely was not being stored properly due to the impending remodel. Waitress was nice but slow due to this location always being understaffed.
This is the absolute worse around. Went about a month and half ago, there was only 1 server. Took FOREVER to get our order taken and to get our food.
Went back tonight and waited at the front for about 10 minutes for nobody to come up and seat us. I saw a waiter literally walk back and forth 3 times and look straight at us. Never came to help us or tell anybody we were up there. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else in the parking lot.
Workers (especially the managers) always seem sketchy.
One time they were out of almost every side… so I had to get stuffing, the waiter literally tried to heat it up on a plate with water. Not even remotely edible.
Yes… I know, it’s a chain. But this is by far one of the worse.

Ordered through DoorDash (where they don’t even give an option to add a side of sauce) so I called the restaurant directly asking if they could add a side of ranch. She said no, because I didn’t pay for it. A side of RANCH. I wasn’t asking for a gallon of it. And after I already paid for $45 worth of food. Insane.

Feels like a diner in a small town! The staff in the mornings are so friendly and attentive - genuinely good people. The food is fantastic; they make a meeeeean burger!

Went for the you fish and chips all you can eat on Friday order it when I asked for more my waitress told me she did not put my fish and chips in as all I can eat so she could not fix it I paid $15 I don't know how much the all you can eat is but my fish piece were very small. The service was very slow too

We ordered take out over the phone and a young gentleman rang us up wrong. When we got home we noticed we were missing an order. We called back and said what happened and the GM was so awesome and took care of our order. I went back and picked our food and I just want to say that they were friendly and apologetic. My wife misunderstood the situation and feels like a big A hole and kinda gave them an attitude over the phone. Again, the Gm did great on handling her attitude and took care of us. GM, she apologizes!
