Customer service at this location is excellent! They go above and beyond
The food is really good here from the chicken tenders to the potato wedges and coleslaw, and the prices are reasonable. They have ranch and a number of other dipping sauces, but so nice to see a tasty ranch served with chicken tenders again! The staff is very helpful and polite and they really do what they can to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Will return and would recommend!
Pretty good
Ordered the chicken and it is not cooked properly and middle portion is uncooked. Serving guy not responsive.

We had Waldo's catered for our party on the patio. The food was delicious and delivered on time! Lauren was fabulous to work with! Would definitely recommend!
Waffles were soggy and not crisp, they the came from an assembly line unter a heat lamp. Chicken was warm, not hot, same with fries, not crisp. Nothing to write home about. Collard greens were amazing, as was the sweet tea. Building was well used, as this is the second business to be in this location.
Great fried chicken, good sides, really tasty.

First time here. The food was great and service was quick. Atmosphere was seat yourself and real comfortable atmosphere.
