Waldo’s Chicken and Beer

Hands down the dryest and most unappetizing looking roasted chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Whole thing is like chewing sawdust.

The chicken sandwich was tasty but small and wedges were just ok. Honestly, I would go to another chicken spot because my food didn’t come with a drink and I spent over $14. Other spots offer a drink and sauces with their combo.

This is my favorite place to get chicken. I’m not usually someone who gets excited about chicken fingers, but wow… they are incredible here. They’re always tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
My husband and I both really enjoy the food. My kids think the chicken is a little spicy, which is fair since the batter does have a bit of heat. Personally, I love the extra flavor, but I can see how it might be a little much for some kids. That said, my youngest daughter is obsessed with their macaroni and cheese.
The food always comes out hot and fresh, and the service is consistently friendly and fast. My favorite sauce is the honey mustard, which is phenomenal. My husband is a big fan of the buffalo sauce.

I’m kind of a chicken snob and I can say with great confidence this is probably the best chicken in all of Colorado. However, after returning multiple times, I found them to be super inconsistent

This place is so reliable and always hits the spot. The tenders are so juicy, and way better than Cane's. The drinks are very reasonably priced. Service is top notch. The manager noticed my husband and I were sharing a plate, and he immediately brought over another tray AND an extra cheddar biscuit. This is why we keep coming back. It's hard to find a place that's a good value with an interesting menu, but Waldo's checks all the boxes.
