Accidentally ordered at this location when I meant to order at the Denver location (the website defaults to the Aurora location instead of the closest location). I called and asked if I could cancel the order, since the Aurora location is 45 minutes away from me, and she said to call the other store to see if they can make it. Of course they can’t, I ordered here. Called the Denver store to confirm, and she tells me there is a NO REFUND policy.
I called the Aurora location the instant I saw I had the wrong location and she said she wouldn’t make the drink, but also wouldn’t be able to cancel it or refund it. Really?? It’s a $10 drink, that’s expensive!
EDIT TO UPDATE (one day later): I’ve been contacted a few times by WeeTea and I have to applaud the customer service. They have been very generous, updated the website to make it more clear which store you are ordering from, and the Denver location offered to make my drink to pick up today. I declined and have since been refunded.

I ordered online to pick up at a time and when I arrived with 3 minutes left they hadn't even prepared my order 10 minutes after the time I had indicated they gave it to me the person who attended looked bored and didn't even have a smile.

I’ve been here twice. The first time I came with my BF and I got the matcha boba, he got taro. I loved his more than mine. The taro flavor was so good!! I’m here again and I’m getting the taro boba with extra flavor. It’s PERFECT! The girl that helped me was nice and friendly. She made my drink really fast! I’ll definitely be back.

February 18th 2024 Sunday.Me and my fiancé live nearby , both wanted boba and had cravings .Drove past this place and honestly the price is really good! When we looked at the menuWe have been to different boba places and can’t beat this place!Both really loved our drinks,Place is very clean , staff is friendly and they even had their own self order machine which I thought it was really cool. We both are coming back for sure and try other menu items.Overall I am very satisfied! Plus I loved the painting of the pandas ?!
