The burgers always seems to be good however the fries are always cold or hard. Why do we never get fresh fries anymore?? Service seems to be slowing down always have to wait 7-10 mins from entry to the time I get my food.

Wendy’s is going down hill. Got the wrong order and wouldn’t you know they never gave a receipt. Last time I went here the chicken was undercooked. Quality certainly is no longer their recipe. Definitely will stop using this location!

got my order wrong through door dash had to haul over there despite not even wanting to in the first place. honestly ik its dramatic but it like ruined all the day, was already feeling rough
now im just sad
also they didnt even fill my soda the whole way. i payed 15$ for this could you at least do that

Website and Google says closes at 1:30am on Friday. I get there at 1.10 am to pick up an order and they tell me that they are closed . Wtf service is that while I already paid for the food on the app.

Just use the drive-through to get a salad. Service was relatively fast salad seem to have shrunk.

Update: Now they have an AI assistant at the drive through ordering place. It did ok with taking our order and at least you can understand and hear what it says.

The new AI drive order system is extremely inconvenient, and it has consistently gotten my order wrong since the change. Not only was my hamburger prepared incorrectly, but the kids meal did not even have the toy. Do not order from this location. Bad ordering experience and bad service.
