This is the closest Wendy's to me and have come here for years. Everytime I come here something is wrong, messed up order and/ or long wait times even when not busy, overcooked dry food, rude grumpy employees or randomly closed early no warning bc of no employees (which has happened on multiple occasions.) doesn't matter how much time passes before i give this Wendy's another try, it's always similar issues. Today they gave me a chicken sandwich with the consistency of a rubber ball. This is the best Wendy's to make fun of at least (go to any other Wendy's idk what's consistently wrong with this one)

Very aesthetic and cozy atmosphere, and I liked how clean it was and how good and carefully they wrapped food.
I wasn’t going to rate it that much but the food was actually really good. I can’t stand the new automated drive thru though. Great way to make it take twice as long or even longer to order something simple. I can’t stand listening to that crap on the phone and now I’ve got to deal with it when I’m ordering food. I should be grateful. These places keep coming up with new ways to help me save money.

I guess they only cater to drivethru orders now. Went inside and had to use Apple Pay. I couldn’t use it at the kiosk so I went to the counter and nobody took my order so I left. Terrible service. Three people saw me standing there

The Manager that is in charge now came in earlier this year and really got this place into shape. The food is good, the staff is cool, the fries could be a little more consistent but its fast food ya know? Overall, if you are in a pinch, you could do a lot worse than this place.
