As far as Wendy's go, this is a very good location. It seems to be well-managed and they have got my orders correct so far. The restaurant is clean, and due to the homeless population requires a code to get into the restrooms. There is easy access off of I-225 and Parker Road.

Always check your bag before you leave they always forget to put your items in. Today I was given brown lettuce on my daves single and also there in one woman in there with a real attitude problem doesn't know how to talk to people and says derogatory things in Spanish thinking I cant understand her

TBH the food was good and fresh but the way the leading management treated some of the customers that were less financially able with disrespectful greetings and not letting them use their bathroom nor plug into charge their phones in an area where they have for paying customers to use. The regular employee's though were friendly, I hope they replace the current management.

I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger with a regular coke and my burger had no bacon and my coke was some vanilla bullshit
This is the closest Wendy's to me and have come here for years. Everytime I come here something is wrong, messed up order and/ or long wait times even when not busy, overcooked dry food, rude grumpy employees or randomly closed early no warning bc of no employees (which has happened on multiple occasions.) doesn't matter how much time passes before i give this Wendy's another try, it's always similar issues. Today they gave me a chicken sandwich with the consistency of a rubber ball. This is the best Wendy's to make fun of at least (go to any other Wendy's idk what's consistently wrong with this one)
