This is literally the third time I have been to this Wendy's since moving nearby 2 weeks ago. It is also the third time I have been given a double cheeseburger instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger. Five dollar biggie bag. I don't understand why it's so hard to get what you order. Especially if it's one thing. Guess I will be going to burger king or somewhere else where they can actually make what I order!

Very nice Wendy's on Havana. The menu is the same as other Wendy's. The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant is very good. The breakfast potatoes are very good. The coffee is okay at best.
Service was okay but not great. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to take my order. They were efficient but not welcoming. The space is very clean with a lot of seating including comfortable chairs by a fireplace. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for guests.
Parking is ample and there's no competition from other businesses.

Why? ..I love Wendy's! WHY does this Wendy's (closest to me) have to jack up their prices up so high? (compared to EVERY other location). Service is great.. however on principle we can't go to this Wendy's anymore. Sucks big time

Can they get an order right? When someone orders a large it means you upgrade the fries, and when they ask for 1/2 tea, 1/2 lemonade it doesn't mean all tea!

New to the neighborhood & I’ve tried eating here on multiple occasions! Just for them to give what they have & not what I’ve ordered! I order a strawberry lemonade. She sold me minute Maid lemonade straight out of the cart. I ask her for sweet & sour sauce she said. I GET ghost pepper. I asked for extra onions on my single Dave hamburger just for me to get a double with no onion. It just happens way too much at this Wendy. If you can, just go to another Wendy’s this Location is trash. Try Parker or Monaco location.
