The experience was really disappointing—the service wasn’t great, the food tasted bad, and the coffee seemed stale. The caramel cold brews were poorly made, more like your typical morning coffee served at 5:00 am. When we arrived, our server, Omar, wasn’t very attentive, and there were people waiting who eventually left because of the long wait. He seemed overwhelmed, claiming they were busy, but there were hardly any customers in the restaurant or in the drive-thru at that time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.

I have a complain about the order me and my daughter use this location often and when my daughter orders her food the one took the order drive through tell us she can’t take order for kids technically my daughter is 10 and she knows what she want so we really disappointed

Upcharge my order for a medium drink and also I asked for a bacon double stack and the cashier was lost and needed it help from the manager and when the manager came she gave me bacon instead of a remake also they definitely say they are hiring but only hire they RACE

I Came Here And Order 2 bacon double stack biggie bags . I recieved my burgers with no bacon. When i asked for the bacon . My sandwhich was NOT remade . I received the bacon in a container Instead . I Was Given A Medium Fry And A Small drink . I Asked For A Medium And Was told they have to put “something” in the system for The difference . The MANAGER charged Me $2.39 (small drink) for a small to medium drink up charge . Even though the fries I received were already medium . Food Was NOT Fresh . It Was Cold . It’s Not Often I decide to eat a cold burger .

The cashier tonight was very rude and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a drink carrier very unprofessional if she's having a bad night she should be sent home. No need to take it out on the customer.

Dished out 60 dollars for lunch, not only did they mess up Our order but they wanted to charge me for barbecue sauce after I just spent $60. The crew always looks lost in space and can't speak English. Time to find another spot for lunch. The Wendy's on Mississippi and Chambers is way better! They have their act together!

Ordered delivery spent over $50 and they brought someone else food, Wendy's said its door dash fault. Door dash said its Wndys fault. No one wants to take blame for a damn thing. Pathetic
