I made the mistake and ordered at the wrong store. When I showed Blanca my receipt for the federal location, she honored my order to Wendy's and filled it. Thank you Blanca and Wendy's fries are the best.

The customer service here is complete trash... When they make a mistake on your food they taken in the back and play with it and then send it back on dirty... Last time I checked this was an American traditional restaurant... That ship has clearly sailed...

When I got home my husband noticed his burger had an ingredient he didn't like on it that I asked to be removed and when I took it back, Corie had my order remade and was super friendly and understanding! I will definitely go back. Corie, you rock!

Ordered through drive through, as the lady at the window gave me my food I checked to make sure everything was in there, and I was missing food so I told her what I was missing and after she gave me the last order I began to check it as well, she proceeded to ask me if there was anything else I needed because I’m holding up the line, and I said well maybe if you would’ve done the job right the first time I wouldnt be here checking that I have all the food I paid for. Moral of the story is that the lady at the window has no customer service and was rude for no reason. I PAID so give me my food I paid for, or I won’t “Hold up” the line.

Seriously if you start eating Wendy's double or single burgers, you will put an end to bk and McDonald's meals. It's soft ,juicy and good. I gave a 4 to the service because they didn't know how to run a program they were advertising. Coupons on the app.
