The service was ok, the burgers were very very dry and seemed old, the salad had lots of water in it, and the soda machine didn’t have much to choose from, a lot of the soda choices were empty and not available... might be a long while before I come back, btw the AC was going and it was freezing in this store..

Bring back spicy chicken nuggets!!!! They were your best and they took them away

Wendy's offers friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond, even in difficult situations. The restaurant is now a clean and kid-friendly space after its recent re-model, making it a good hangout spot. The night shift is known for excellent customer service, although there was a minor issue with food quality on one occasion. Recently, the location was renovated and looks much nicer, but it has a regular population of homeless people hanging out nearby. The food quality and customer service have declined somewhat, and the drive-thru experience can be unpleasant due to an "AI" ordering system that screams loudly at customers, making it difficult to place an order unless a human takes over. Despite these issues, the food, employees, and order accuracy are generally good at this Wendy's.
