Wendy’s used to be my favorite fast food but I refuse to eat here anymore after spending over 20 dollars this this location for from dried out rock nuggets and undercooked unsalted fries. Spend your money anywhere else
Good food that is made to order, they don't screw it up like McDonald's does sometimes. AI ordering at the drive-thru, it works well. Food is ready pretty quick. It's a little expensive for fast-food but not terrible expensive considering the ridiculous inflation.

Disorganized the wait time was ridiculous to get old soggy fries and a burger. To see the girl at the front register flipping out because someone’s deleting her mobile orders no team work store was nasty flies was on a customers food tray which went back to the warmer then sent back out for his family to eat.

Once again they're using AI in the Drive-Thru instead of paying a human being to do a job and contributing to the economy. When I voiced my dislike in talking to a robot I was attacked by the manager who was extremely rude to me. I pretty much got the impression that they are tired of people not liking the ai, sounds like a bigger problem than me and maybe they should get rid of the ai. Shame on you Wendy's shame on you human for defending a robot. I took my business across the street to Burger King who did not have any robots attempting to serve me. FYI when the robots take over all the jobs and the people don't have any money they're not going to buy your hamburgers. Good riddance Wendy's I'm done with you

It’s very disappointing that you guys never have the baked potatoes. Everytime I come here you don’t have it if you’re not selling it take it off the menu! This is a waste of time.

Been going to this location for 5 years since we moved to the area, and today I was treated with such disrespect by the employee working the window that I will never be back. The manager was no help either, very flippant about the entire issue. They don’t respect their customers at all, and I won’t be giving them any more of my money when there are plenty of locations that are faster, kinder, and more competent.

I went to the wendy's.I live from buckley i ordered a chicken buddy, biscuit and a bacon, egg and cheese, biscuit and they got the egg and cheese, biscuit no bacon, and I got a honey, biscuit no chicken, great job
Literally just expected normal Wendy’s food and interaction. Instead I got to wait 5-10 minutes for “fresh fries”. No problem I said. Get home with food not even 10 minutes later. Fries are soggy and cold, burgers are soggy and cold. Overall this was a trash experience and not worth $5, let alone $15 and a 10 minute wait. Won’t be back to this location ever again, very subpar even by Wendy’s low standards.

A, what I believe to be, middle aged woman was very rude to me with a visual distaste. Not sure what was what going on but it definitely killed the vibe, food was alright though!

This would have been a 5 star rating, but Wendy's changed the lettuce on the spicy chicken sandwich. I like the crunch of the leafy lettuce. The lettuce was falling out of the sandwich as I ate it. I could have gone to McDonald's if I wanted to lower my standard of food quality. The service was great. I always ask for my chicken patty to be fresh out of they fryer, and they do it. Even though I had a bit of an attitude about the lettuce, the manager was still professional and polite.
