BEWARE the drive thru speaker. They use an “AI” ordering system that screams “HI!” at you and continues to SCREAM at you while you try to place your order. The volume is truly painful. Absolutely awful.
The food, employees, and order accuracy have always been great at this location. The drive thru experience is truly awful unless you get a human instead of the evil screaming robot.

This place does not even deserve one star. My chicken sandwich was still raw when they served it. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Will never be coming back to this nasty place again. They need to learn how to make sure the food is fully cooked.

They've gone to an ai drive through system that is an uncomfortable nightmare. It's hard to get through a sentence, and its so loud we both jumped back and had to cover our ears. And it's so blindingly bright, especially at night. The poor workers have no control over it but said everyone had been complaining about the volume. I don't know about anyone else, but to me it's just awkward and uncomfortable.

Giving up on drive thru this Wendy's... The automated voice system is so deafeningly loud I have trouble ordering and the actual workers are unbelievably inconsistent and struggle with any basic modifications to the way the menu items come. Tonight I ordered two types of sauced nuggs and got plain nuggets instead. Frustrated spending money here and there are plenty of other drive thru options in the area.

DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS! This Wendy’s is so horrible. The older lady who got the order was passive aggressive and not patient at all. She didn’t give us a receipt and missed a whole meal. The food that we did get was cold. And the mayonnaise was all clumpy. I myself work in the food industry, and I understand messing up but being rude about it to to costumers who have been trying to be nice to you ?? Unacceptable. I just know that the management in this place needs better hospitality and better employees. I am so disappointed.
