I work across the street and eat lunch here literally 5-6 days a week. I spend about $14 on my lunch everyday and they just informed me they will start charging me for a water cup because other people are abusing the water cups and getting soda. I will take my $14 everyday somewhere else.

This location was renovated and looks much nicer than it did. However, it has a regular population of homeless people that tend to hang out in the secluded area near the front of the store. The food quality and customer service has also declined unfortunately.

I guess it’s ok to sell stale ass fries while flirting with each other at the second window. Your job is already easy since there is a computer doing the ordering so you should be able to cook fries right 🙄. (Wasn’t even busy by the way.)

Legit just told me I had to buy something before I could use the bathroom? Felt like I was just racially profiled as a white woman. Stay away from here! Nobody should support the way they treat customers. Little girl should be fired. Taco bell is better Next door. Clean. Bathrooms aren't locked. I may just pee in a cup and dump it at the front door. That's what happens when you deny people access who could buy the whole building.

Can’t seem to put the food in the bag. Insane. Don’t rush me along when you can’t even put the items in the bag, and then give attitude when I ask for the stuff I PAID for.
This Wendy’s location is the best. The staff is always very Friendly and I always receive a high-level of customer service. Especially from Liz in the morning!

BEWARE the drive thru speaker. They use an “AI” ordering system that screams “HI!” at you and continues to SCREAM at you while you try to place your order. The volume is truly painful. Absolutely awful.
The food, employees, and order accuracy have always been great at this location. The drive thru experience is truly awful unless you get a human instead of the evil screaming robot.

Very racist manager seems like doesn't like other people and refuse to provide service... felt like I was an enemy when I'm just a customer. Breakfast tasted more like poison.
