This Wendy’s is like every fast food place in Colorado BAD. This is truly a food wasteland. Even if you beat the odds and get something good it will be bad on the second visit. My food was good on this visit which means if I eat there again it will be awful.
The service sucked! Kids hanging all around the restaurant, they didn't have any chips to complete my salad order AND I found traces of drugs in the women's bathroom :( while I was taking my 3 & 5 year old potty!! Not safe at all :( never going there again!

Customers appreciate the overall welcoming environment at this particular Wendy's location. However, some customers have noted issues such as the soda machine not working during visits and the beverage machine in the dining room was out of service. The staff is generally friendly and worked hard and efficiently. Some orders have arrived cold, and the burger, fries and nuggets were all old. Nothing was fresh. The fountain drink from their freestyle machine tasted like some sorta cleaner. The online pick-up system can malfunction, and customer service is difficult. Restrooms were a tad sketchy. Overall, many enjoy the prices and the convenience of ordering.
