Lobby and parking lot are always filled with homeless people, bathrooms are unsanitary and customer service is obviously not a priority here. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s instead.

I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews. However, the experience here was awful. AI drive through instead of speaking with a worker. Wouldn’t give me one single sauce unless I paid $.49 and the food was stale and cold.

Every few weeks or months I somehow trick myself into going back here for a quick meal. I have been going to this Wendy's periodically for over 5 years and can count on one hand the number of times they have not messed up my order. Nothing special about the orders either. No fries, no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, etc...

Ordered a double cheeseburger biggie bag, the burger, fries and nuggets were all old. Nothing was fresh. And the fountain drink from their freestyle machine tasted like some sorta cleaner was in the machine. Was not a good visit.

I placed an order at this Wendy’s through my mobile app. While placing the order something happened with the app and it refreshed after taking the money out of my bank account, but it kicked the order back and instead of sending it to the store to have it made (yes after the money was taken out of my account) It tried to make me to place the order again. So I said well, maybe it’s just a problem with the app, Let me go into the store and see if they received my order. I did that. They said they didn’t get the order so I talked to a manager, the manager said he couldn’t help me and that I would need to place the order again and then call customer service to get my money back. I tried contacting customer service, but because of the malfunction with the app, the only transaction that they see is the second one not the first one and no one is willing to help me. WENDYS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Not at the restaurant, CORPORATE WENDYS.

Did drive thru last night. AI order taker was most annoying and either got the order wrong or staff was not paying attention. Burgers were garbage with no flavor. Fries were so-so. Wendy's used to be one of my 2 favorite burgers. Now, like most fast food it is just disappointing. Not going back.
