When I came to the drive-thru I ordered my food the girl told me to pull around to the front and to my food is ready I told her I don't like doing that and there was no cars behind me so she slammed the window knocked on the window and requested my money back she told me there's no refunds and slammed the window back so when I came back inside the black lady the manager told me the same thing we don't have refunds I'm like where your employee just gave me an attitude and slam the window in front of my face I definitely need a refund I do not want no food after that she listened to me and then said that she wanted to give me back my refund I asked her what the girl's name was she wouldn't tell me the girl came around the corner I asked her what her name was she wouldn't even look at me so I asked her again and then she yelled at Maria okay is that your real name or you just lying to me so I asked the manager again and she told me well if that's what she told you that's what she told you so this is just how they treat people out this Wendy's I don't understand why I'm supposed to spend my money there for a product that you don't even appreciate your customers for

I ordered carry out. 6 nuggs and jr fry. Matter of less than two minutes from vehicle to inside, food bagged. Cold fries and nuggs. Bag taped shut, which is awesome, so I didn't check till I was back in the vehicle.

DO NOT like the AI ordering the speaker is too loud you almost have to close the window to stop the loudness. I love the fact that my food tasted freshly cooked and the prices are way better than Mc Donalds. I have ordered from this location many times I also like the online pick up order it is easy to customize. Most of the employees are friendly and great at asking about condiments

This location isn't too bad. The old lady and black dude that works nights are awesome. Definitely been to this place easily 30+ times, very rarly have they messed up. And usually if they do it was because it's a large order and was o single fry or a single 4 peice nugget. Food quality is hit or miss sometimes depending on the supporting crew.
99% of the time they have frosties going alllllllll night.

We came for dinner in the other night and this such an awful experience. All of the staff were extremely rude, they didn't say anything to us at all, just opened the windows and grabbed/ handed our card & food then closed the window. We didn't even get a hello. Where is the customer service ? On top of that we the order was incorrect (despite being correct on the ordering screen). We went back through the line to get our order corrected and received the correct order (with fries that were still a little frozen) and a very rude "sorry bout that".
Wendy's is still better than most fast food places. I trust their be more than other fast food burger places (and don't argue with me about 5 Guys or Smash Burger. Those aren't FAST food.)
