Been to this Wendy’s a few times, and they simply don’t listen to you when they take your order. All three times I was here I got the wrong order and Seems to be a frequent thing with this place They just don’t take the time out of their day to listen

This place was a chaotic mess, dirty, extremely slow at the time I was here there were two cars through the driveway, and two people waiting in the lobby but you would’ve thought they had a rush of 200 people don’t recommend

Ordered food then they came on said they where closed and it was only 10:30pm and they don't close till 1 am. They had a long line. So I guess they where gonna tell everyone they're closed. Who ever the manger is there at night? You need a new one. Not running your restaurant right at all. Turning business away. This Wendy's on Colfax sucks. They get a 0.

Wendys business practices have changed I like the manager for her professionalism but district manager never did reach out so had I choke on the chicken bone from my pecan grill chicken salad lets just say had I choke are puncture my gums I would of sue them becareful if you like the salad with grill chicken beware of rib bones from the chicken breast .I have a ate salad from Chick-fil-A never had I bit into a chicken pay more get more fruit and no bones won't give wendys another dime !!!!!

I wish giving 0 stars or taking them away wasn’t an option alas, it’s not. The store was out of cookies for the day at 4pm…because apparently nobody will want one for dinner??? (The lazy manager was a surly African American man who looked more disheveled and dirty than the clientele.) The manager got snippy with me when I asked for a refund. Stated the money doesn’t go to the store when bought thru the app, refused to compensate me and told me to go thru the app…(which sucks for anything other than placing an order) the store needs to be shut down. It’s over-run with homeless and the staff keep it just as dirty as an encampment.

I went there for lunch yesterday 2-8-24 by the time I got back to the office my stomach was sick vomiting got a case of the food poisoning yesterday. Still feel sick today. somebody needs to look into this place this has been the worst vomiting I have ever had for Eating I will never go back to this place and I think I still will call the health board because I work in construction I know quite a few of them

Bad drive up customer service. Greeter used curse words not realizing I can hear talk about me. I drove off, will not pay for someone to disrespect me in the process.

The worst thing was I asked for service in Spanish and they were terrible, they didn't give me what I asked for, but the dark-haired girl was laughing at a roast potato, I'm only a Hispanic customer, stupid if they're not going to serve in Spanish don't put that option
