The AI messed up my order. I called multiple times to let them know and no answers, I left a Voicemail. When I showed up in person, the manager was rude and had a nasty attitude and they still remade my order incorrectly. What a waste of time. They didn’t even remake mu fries. They were all cold by the time they remade them. Not coming to this Wendy’s location again that’s for sure. Im sure tje staff is about it too

The new staff they have is AMAZING, Scott went out of his way to make sure i got a baked potato in my pick up order that i usually never am able to get because im always here in the middle of the night. FANTASTIC customer service and the food is always good. Thank you Scott!!

Absolutely filthy customer service sucks health hazard serving old food I just left in 5 minutes ago 3:50 p.m. today order the chicken sandwich was supposed to be crispy what soft as a Twinkie and soggy so what's a fries The absolutely worst in the state I've been there multiple times and never have I gotten any decent food

(June 18th. Around 1:10pm) I did a mobile order thru the drive thru and went to go pick it up. I’m not gonna lie the ai robot on the drive thru speaker scared me….but then I let them know I had a mobile order and went to the window. The interaction was ok until she handed me my food and smiled… I didn’t expect her to smile…it honestly made my day. Someone give that girl a raise she’s doing more by smiling then I’ve seen some other fast food worker do! Order wise everything was in the bag. Lowkey best chicken I’ve had from a Wendy’s and it was only $5.40. 🐔👍🏻

Unfortunately there has been three times in a row where our orders are just whatever the staff feels like throwing into bags at random. Who is slacking off refilling the chocolate frosty mixture?? How have you been unable to fulfill one of your most popular menu items three times in a row over two months? As a former fast food kitchen manager i can tell you the answer is absolutely laziness and unwillingness to do their work from staff, no one will tell you the chocolate frosty isn't in stocks just give you whatever the heck they feel like handing out the window. Every food item is either stale from sitting out for so long or undercooked to the point of being dangerous. Can't imagine they'll last much longer and I dread to see what their grade will be after their next health inspection. Save yourself money and your stomach the suffering, go somewhere else.
Didn't open the dinning room until 6:10. Got mad when I asked if they opened at later time. I tired ordering on the kiosk to be faster but it was giving me troubles so I ordered at the counter but the manager seemed like it was the end of the world for her! That's your job, sorry not sorry. Plus for me being one of the first customers, food wasn't very fresh. I knew I should've just went across the street to McDonald's!

This location needs to be closed for good! This place is absolutely disgusting! My aunt and I went through the drive thru late on a Saturday, and after eating a junior hamburger we both got violently sick! I will never eat at any Wendy’s fast food restaurant again! Just gross!

Consistently poor quality and packaging. Bags are unsecured for delivery, and items are thrown without a care into the bag, cold and soggy. It's such a shame. Wendy's used to be decent. It has significantly gone downhill.
