I met a beautiful Wendy's employee named Alex .... Words cant describe how helpful and beautiful her spirit glows ..... If your going to Wendy's this is the best choice because of the employee Alex.... She truly was the light of my day because having the job at Wendy's is really stressful and she has nothing but smiles and the biggest heart to get any and everybody that walks in I recommend you stop through ask for her and have a great day.

Wendy's? Never again. The AI ordering system was ridiculously annoying, constantly messing up and making the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be. Then, to top it off, the worker got my order wrong, and after wasting all that time, I couldn't even be bothered to go back and fix it.
As for the food, it was pretty average—definitely not worth the hassle. Should've just gone somewhere else, but Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays, so I thought I'd give Wendy’s a shot. The only decent thing was the ice cream, but honestly, if I wanted good ice cream, I would've gone to Dairy Queen. The whole experience was just a letdown. 0/10 would not recommend.

Had 2 orders and had to wait 15min plus, just to find out that they cleared my orders off of the order screen. Food was mid but after already paying on the kiosk I would expect my order number to be called accordingly and thats not what happened, its like they forgot I existed and payed.
Don't know what the food tastes like stood at counter for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us I do not use kiosks EVER as I was robbed by a bad kiosk so I don't think I will go back here EVER

I came in today around 7:15ish and I was on my break, I got Excellent and amazing service from Christian. I’m not very sure if he’s a manager, but he’s way better than the Mexican lady I dealt with around 6:00pm on last Friday she was rude, condescending and disrespectful. Thank you for understanding what the problem was and being polite and friendly.

the AI drive through is horrible. they only give one sauce for one LARGE fire and one sauce for nuggets. management is horrible here. i understand charging for en excessive amount of sauce, but not providing one extra sauce is insane. their soda machine doesn’t work either. their coco cola has no flavor. don’t come here. go to the other aurora location.

Being asked to pull forward so that they can show better service time is a farce. They should prioritize getting orders correct versus getting orders filled quickly.
It's frustrating being asked to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for your food then having to go inside for another 15 minutes because the order was incorrect.
Also, getting an order incorrect was not the customer's fault. Good customer service means owning the mistake and making it correct. I understand that sometimes working in fast food can be stressful, but you should really treat your customers better.

Elizabeth was exceptionally kind. She greeted me and my daughter with a beautiful smile and warming energy. The food was fresh and we had a great breakfast.
