The new staff they have is AMAZING, Scott went out of his way to make sure i got a baked potato in my pick up order that i usually never am able to get because im always here in the middle of the night. FANTASTIC customer service and the food is always good. Thank you Scott!!
(June 18th. Around 1:10pm) I did a mobile order thru the drive thru and went to go pick it up. I’m not gonna lie the ai robot on the drive thru speaker scared me….but then I let them know I had a mobile order and went to the window. The interaction was ok until she handed me my food and smiled… I didn’t expect her to smile…it honestly made my day. Someone give that girl a raise she’s doing more by smiling then I’ve seen some other fast food worker do! Order wise...
My first time going to a Wendy’s in forever to where they actually remembered the sour cream and butter for the baked potato!! The spicy chicken sandwich was hot and done to perfection. Nice ladies working the drive through today.
