Ordered 3 chicken wraps and 1 double stack in the drive thru. There were cars ahead of me so 5 min go by before I made it to the window. When I get to window, guy tells me the chicken still needs to be dropped and that it’s going to be another 6 min, and asks if that’s ok. I reply, it’s gonna have to be ok... thinking, after all, I already had 5 min invested. Then I say you might want to pass that on to the manager so the process that failed could be looked at.
