I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes for fries when I asked for my refund because it was ridiculous I was told “our fries are down there’s nothing I can do about it” how about telling your customers that before taking their money and not having the product? Or after realizing the mistake coming to the window not sitting there walking back and forth until I say something. Made me late to work and I didn’t get food. 0/5

Strawberry lemonade was spoiled.Had an aftertaste, double patties were extremely dry. No receipt was given and it was a wasted $31. HORRIBLE!!! Never again 😒

I frequently go to this location since it's open at 9pm when I get out of work. Tonight was probably the last time. Every time I've ordered a burger, every single time, it's served to me inedible. Multiple times have I had it where the bun is hard as a rock. And don't even ask for an extra condiment on your sandwich, it will be drowning in it to the point where it leaks through the wrapper and you'll throw it away. Aside from fries and drinks I wouldn't waste my money cuz your food will most likely be thrown away along with your money. What sucks is I love Wendy's and have never had as many consistent issues as with here.

5 dollar bags are advertised as $5 on the menu. Ordered one, and the total was $5.60 before tax? Tax was .49, but the total came out $6.29?. This should have been $5.49, where did the other .70 go? It does not say anything about it on the receipt. I'm not concerned about .70 cents personally, but know some people that would be. This is false advertising, and again is not about the extra 70 cents, it's about how companies have bad business practices and corporations who are sucking our society dry

I'm about done with this place. I don't know what's going on with them, but this is the 3rd time in a row the same lady has gotten my order wrong. She always has an attitude too. Short blonde lady, with a Spanish accent. I'll definitely be going back tomorrow to talk to the manager about this crap.
I ate the burger with my toes. It was amazing. Tastes like heaven in my mouth. Yummy. Would recommend.

Honestly, it's one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. Even when slow, they took 20 minutes to get one sandwich ready with subpar fries, Workers were rude when I asked for my drink cup THAT I PAID FOR!! Tables were dirty beyond belief, The floor felt like they mopped it with caramel, The bathrooms weren't working (may or may not be true, but they couldn't give a proper reason as to why), Food was good though so I guess there's a plus, Overall a bad experience, I would 100% just go to another location or an entirely different fast food place.
