Don’t know how much time they take for 3,4 pallets
Congested space to back up the doors
No parking provided by the company
Dirty restrooms (portable)

Arrived at 2:40 am for a 4 am delivery.
Checked in got called for door at 4:23 now 9:00 am still waiting for bills.. they havent gone in the trailer in well over an hour and a half

I actually previously worked as a truck driver for a small company that works for whole food's and I lived working with the warehouse people that tolerated my presence a couple times a week. Oh and they are very sanitary with everything as well. Respect.

Door 11! No sweat! Checked in on the app. About two hours later, reasonable Lumper fee and I was a memory. Gate guards were jammed up! ?

Parking is on the street is good enough though there are a million no parking signs, I guess for trucks delivering here it’s over looked ?? I parked on the street, checked in at 11:30pm for a 4am appointment (check in right next to door 10 (not a dock door, just a roll up door) and a large green trash compactor. I got a call at 5am with dock door 11??? Sheesh ? talk about a tight fit ? if you get door 11, ask for a spotter to guide you in. On the right you have a concrete post and on the left more likely you’ll have a truck in door 12 and directly in front of door 11 you’ll have employee parking. Tight from all angles! Easier if you have your tandems slid to the very back for better swing so you don’t clip that post on the right. The facility is good, parking it decent, 2 port-a-potties next to door 11. I guess it might be worse for the truck already in door 12 because he’ll have trucks in door 11 and 13 and you’ll be in 12 hoping you don’t get hit ? good luck drivers!

What a lousy bunch of people. Yeah I know I have an appointment for 1 am on Tuesday but for 1 stupid pallet seems like could take it off and not make a truck wait 24 hours. Just pure laziness. When I called and asked was cut off and spoken to very rudely for audacity to ask. Just bad people in general.
