The staff here are so sweet, they have always been incredibly helpful and I must say that the prices are remarkably cheap compared to some other stores in the area! It feels like a cozy welcoming vibe when you come in!

They need a english person running the lotto! I went in and was told I won 70.00....when I went back in a few days later they accused me of stealing the lotto money and demanded a repayment! What had happened is they payed me out and she did not know how to read the machine. Then demanded I repay them and I ripped them off! First, if the person running the cash machine does not know the pay out, why would I know? The fact I can't read without my glasses, then for the cash register lady to ask me if she is right!? Bad business! I still have not been paid my winnings, they demanded I pay them back... I am contacting the lottery commission today to inform them of the situation. Next, I was buying a case of bacardi every month, about 6 months ago they raised the price to 172.00 from 142.00. after the lotto issue I will not go back so I went up the road .2 miles to the liquor store by subway and the green pot store...price, 142.00! So, not only do they not understand lotto...they do not understand price gouging! If they would not have screwed up the lotto, I would have never known they are over charging.Last, when you have someone who speaks very little english, you do not put them on a lotto machine until they understand it, then blaming the customer for your screw up is just wrong! The owner even asked me...you know you took the money... I told him no...that is not how I work! I am retired military, 100% disabled... I am not trash...I do not lie to get a 70.00 winning.
