Placed an order online and when I went in to get it, I wasn’t greeted or anything. The employees were joking around with one another and were very rude. I brushed it off because honestly that’s just the poor customer service I’m used to these days. When my son got home, he took a bite of his chicken and it was RAW! I called and the girl who said she was the manager thought that it was funny and said “well bring it back and we will remake it or refund you”. She was very rude and refused to give me her name. I took it back and requested a full refund for all of the food ($60) and they argued with me that they could only refund the raw chicken part of the order. I wasn’t going to allow my family to eat this food! I will never return! Avoid this place!

Got our order wrong several times, just like the others. Smelled like dirty mop water once. Last and final time we went, wife waited 40 minutes for our food. What a shame!

My sister and i have gone to this location multiple of time but the last time we went we were traumatized. The fries had weird black lumps and there was a half eaten mouse on the table outside. We contacted Wingstop and we have not heard anything back, it’s been a month already.

Got my order wrong for the 2nd time in a row!, i ordered the 20 piece meal 12 lemon pepper, 8 cajun, apart from that i ordered 7 bone in hot wings, and 3 lousiana rub, for the 8 cajun they gave us 8 hot instead! For a very picky family who not everyone tolerates that spice in, this is just unacceptable, especially because this is the 2nd time in a row they've got our order wrong. Should get compensation for both times

Been here twice, and both times i felt that i was eating undercooked chicken. The chicken is like boiled, no crispiness, just boiled . Its disgusting, i got lemon pepper and there was no seasoning . First order cost me 50 and the second cost me 30, please cook the wings longer because both occasions I practically ate boiled wings.
7/16- my gosh this location is awful! I got two different flavors, and they put them im the same box, cant you guys grab two different boxes. The hot sauce went into the lemon pepper, my kids dont eat hot! This place is ridiculous, this is the second time! And when we told the lady, she didn’t care one bit! Do your jobs correctly, its common sense.
My order was ready when we arrived but I ordered more and we waited only 15 minutes that was totally fine. Everything was so good. Thanks

Horrible customer service! Very dirty dinning room and bathrooms.
I placed an order online and called in afterwards to request that my chicken be extra crispy since there was not an option for that on the website. The answering service was not the actual store location, it was an office somewhere in the Middle East. I called three times to make this request. One rep said she put request in, and was ready to hang up rushing me off the phone, and she didn’t even have my order number. Another representative put me on hold and then hung up on me. I ended up going to the location to pick up my order and got major attitude there from the employees. They were unwilling to correct my order even after I explained to them that I had called in this request for crispy wings multiple times and no one communicated my request to them. The employees in the kitchen looked frustrated and upset, and no one was willing to help me so I canceled my order. Don’t understand why Wingstop has a call center in the Middle East. Makes no sense at all. There’s no customer service at the store location. The lady behind the register just stood there staring at me when I walked in. Didn’t greet me or anything just staring and it was very odd. This whole experience with Wingstop was a waste of time and very upsetting.
Edit on 2/13/25: After writing the google review I followed up by submitting feedback to the Wingstop website and to my amazement I was refunded for my order. I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars to recognize their support after learning about the issue. Original review below.
Never again for the Super Bowl. Ordered a day ahead of time and still had to wait an hour for the order past the pick up time. This place was so busy yesterday. They poor staff was trying but they were so disorganized they didn't stand a chance. To top off the extreme wait time only one of the three flavors of wings I chose seems to be on the order. The other two tasted like unseasoned chicken. Even the one that did have some was so mild in flavor it wasn't worth eating. Super disappointing all around.

Horrible experience yesterday ordered on door dash went waited til 5:11 pick up time . Waited through the sea of people to get some assistance after 30 mins then they say my order isn't in the system.

[SUPER BOWL REVIEW]
I chose to order from this location instead of the one on Cedar Ave. in Aurora hoping it would be better than the catastrophe the Cedar Ave. one had last year trying to get people their orders for the Super Bowl. Turns out Wingstop, no matter the franchise, just fails to deliver when it comes to the Super Bowl. You’re better off ordering the day prior and just reheating it or making your own wings. Long story short, every order was about an hour to an hour and a half behind schedule, the lobby was packed, line out the door for no reason, names were being called inside only for about the first 45 minutes I was there till the workers realized that the lack or organization left people outside standing in line to get in for no reason as they had placed their orders online. Practically no one there was in line to order at the counter, just a gaggle of disorganized people.
Carry-out experience aside, by the time I got home with my food receiving it an hour and a half past my pickup time, my wife and I looked at our food and it didn’t look quite right. The hot and medium wings looked severely under sauced. We took our bits and agreed they were both flavorless. Flavorless orange wings. What a disappointment. The only thing that barely made up for it was that they remembered our extra ranches we ordered.
I’ll probably never order wings from Wingstop again for the Super Bowl. Any other gameday is fine, just NEVER the Super Bowl.
