Selena the manager gave me a hard time about remaking my 30 dollar order. Asked me did I save old hard fries and told me if I ate the wings without ranch she would not remake wings. I expressed I have 2 special needs children and would have to go through garbage with dirty diapers to bring her old fries. I asked her why would she inconvenience me she said that she would have to. She also questioned why I didn’t call back a 1am last night. I obviously was tired and upset so I tried to call back next day when I would be more polite. I do not appreciate being treated this way in this economy. Spending 30 dollars is expensive enough.

When I order wings i expect them to be wings not all drums.! We ordered a 24 piece and we only got 4 FLATS and the rest were DRUMS.! if I wanted drums I would’ve said just drums. I’m paying for a mix of flats and drums not just drums.! Never again will order from here.

Just picked up a take out order. We specifically ordered a certain number of each flavor of wings. The flavors were not what we ordered. Also, both Cokes we ordered were only soda water, no syrup. Huge waste of money. Why give people the option to choose how many wings per flavor if youre going to put as many as you feel like in?

I recently visited and had an uncomfortable experience at the front desk. I noticed that the staff member interacted very differently with customers, and I felt the approach toward me was not as welcoming. I’m not sure what the reason was, but I hope customer service can be more consistent and professional for everyone.
