Today I had a bad experience in this location they made me wait 40 minutes after I made the order online 20 minutes earlier and they delivered me the cold food ?

Ordered online and it stated our order would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Including my drive here and waiting it’s now been 55 minutes and it’s still not ready. Update your website if the store is exceptionally busy. I’m witnessing several very unhappy customers because of the overly long wait. Poor customer service to top it off- when customers are asking about the long wait the staff was rude and not helpful. I’m counting 8 staff so this is not a matter of being short staffed. Not impressed! I have another wingstop to go to which is equal distance from our house and believe me they will be getting my business from here on out. Poorly managed at best!!!

Terrible, I went with my wife and 2 children, we waited almost 30 minutes for an order of 30 wings, the service was terrible and the main door banged tremendously when people came in, apparently no one was bothered by the big bang and the sound . Finally I ordered to eat on site and they gave it to me to take away, I didn't understand why this international restaurant chain acts like this

Every time I come in, the wings are really good. I recently had an issue with DoorDash but fortunately, Jessica, I believe she's a manager, was very polite and was very helpful. I do recommend coming here for the best wings.

Mississippi and Quebec Wingstop is as good as I remembered I got 10 cajun wings with carrots and celery sticks cooked to perfection. This branch is worth the drive to get my wings like I ordered them!!!!

Me and my spouse spent over $60 in Uber eats they did not give us our drinks according to the driver we called up there to see if we could come pick them up who’s ever working right now literally told us no take it up with Uber like are you serious? That is beyond ignorant. We even offered to aid their mistake and they were rude and unprofessional. Never again.

I'm sitting on a "waiting bench" for my order by the front door. The host with the name of Rodrigo is a true bada$$! I've been watching him thorough dinner rush while I wait for my order and he didn't miss a beat! So good to see employees working hard and with accuracy while being extremely nice at the same time!Fantastic job Rodrigo!
