If I could put zero stars I would!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I ordered take out and my wings were RAW and UNCOOKED in the middle. I called back to a manager explaining my situation, was not told sorry or that it was their fault but rather told I need to bring it in to physically show them to get a full refund instead of throwing it away. Are they serious?? Most ridiculous response I’ve ever heard in my life and I’ve worked in fast food too. Will not be returning ever!

I canceled an order that the employee told me I would get a refund for when I called them. It was my mistake but she assured me that I would get a refund and then I didn’t. I spent almost two hours trying to talk to them and get a hold of a manager by waiting on hold only to be told that they won’t even give me a credit for when they gave me wrong information. The manager was suppose to call me and never did. Very disappointed and gave them my hard earn money for no wings

They never cook the wings or fries well done when requested, never put extra seasoning when requested, and when I called ahead to make a request on them not shoving my ten piece garlic parm in with a five piece of another flavor (when the third flavor is also five piece) they didn't even do that.
