Picked up my wings orders. Them was ready, but the barbecue wings were to spicy same like the buffalo ones. Was not what expected from this place. Supposed to be professional and careful on the orders. Very disappointed!

My father was charged 2 times and instead of explaining to my father that he should call him bank the “manager” told my father to go to his email you could see my father was upset she should have just told him to call the bank or that he will get a refund and that he should get it later (<~witch didn't happen )but instead she kept going back and forth with him she should have explained what was going on instead of pressuring over and over after to open his his email (we came back home he did open his email nothing was there ) all he wanted was his money the order was $60,79 or something that he was charged with 2x my father is a hard working man and I understand the frustration I also understand that she had nothing on her orders but she could have handled it way differently to add this is not the first time this happened it’s frustrating and I hope you understand why he lashed out !!

I tried ordering online and it was not working but charged me I came in and the manager Willy or William was so nice fixed everything, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve probably ever had this place honestly used to not be that great service wise but they obviously got things together or at least they do when this manager is working. Thank you Willy!

Trash service.. employees don’t seem to care when they are messing up orders and having you wait well beyond your takeout order pick up time.. waited 20 minutes after my pickup time, to get home and have fries that must have been sitting for close to an hour, and the wing order was completely incorrect..
