Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

I put an online order for pick up around 1:30 to get it at 2:30 I came in after work not wanting to wait because I just got off and had a long day . The guy Xavier helping me out had said he couldn’t find my order and for some reason it wasn’t showing up so the order never went through but was placed at this location… I always have a problem ordering here it’s really frustrating. But he was really helpful and took the time to find it and get the problem solved fast . His customer service was really helpful and appreciated:) it was very unexpected to get this service from here because every time there’s something wrong the service is usually people not being helpful or being rude . So thank you Xavier for being helpful and taking the time to help me out .
