I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning
The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day
Recommend the lemon pepper and buffalo sauce. Fairly reasonably priced.

The staff was very nice in this location and so was the service. My problem is you changed the fresh cut fries to frozen fries!! People came here just to get your fresh cut fries, people craved your fresh cut f fries. Even if I didn't want chicken, I would just pick up fries for myself when I wasn't ordering for my whole family. I ordered something like I've done many times and I got something completely different than what I expected. I would like my $6 back for the dry, hard, disgusting fries I have sitting here that are going in the trash can. There's a lot of other places we can get chicken wings, chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches at. The fresh french fries were what set you apart from all the other chicken franchise chains.

Oh nothing, literally just got done plucking out over 14 feathers out of one single piece of chicken, they all have feathers in it btw, just go to the one on chambers they actually take pride in their job. They just need better managers or supervisors at this location to better the service if this location has more 1 stars than 5 stars. The chicken is dry, chicken had feathers, and it’s just not as good. This location needs looking in to and needs to be revamped because I go once every blue moon and it’s disappointing everytime. I got a 20 piece it was $37 here compared to chambers which was $41 but I can see why maybe? This location is butt butt

Got the wrong order. But since I ate it a day later and called about it when I noticed instead of the day of when they’re supposed to double check orders!!??? I didn’t get absolutely any solution.. they denied my request when I asked for the right wings. Didn’t even ask for the whole order to be remade I just wanted my fiery lime wings… Didn’t get offered any solution at all. Bogus

Wish I had checked the other reviews first, we had a big family order and the wings had tons of feathers and were very overcooked. Would definitely recommend elsewhere or just going to the Walmart next door for frozen wings would be better.
All the money you spend here and we can’t get boneless wings tossed properly. Out of 10 wings you give me 9 drums. I’ll never return

Why is it that this place is just so bad. The two times that I have ordered. They have always sent my order with half of my food in the bag. This time around I got NO Wings delivered and there were 85 wings I was supposed to get

by far one of my favorite wingstops. they put the right amount of sauce. not too much, not too little. i’ve been to so many that put an excessive amount of sauce, but not this plate. the wings are always evenly coated, and fries always seasoned. freshly fried, and the staff is always willing to help decide what to buy.
