The manager has turned this place around. I use to dread coming here to get food because it was unorganized, took forever and many of the kids working there didn't care. That's completely changed. I was in and out, the manager was very friendly and you could tell he put systems in place to keep it efficient. Plus the wings were great.

They made my order wrong after asking them multiple times if they had it down for well done. I was assured yes, I paid at the register no recipient was given, and waited 20 min for my order, once it arrived I checked it and unfortunately it was no where near well done, so I advised the young man, he asked me for my recipient. I explained he never gave me one he walked away while I paid. He went and spoke with someone in the back then, pulled my recipient from the register then asked me rudly what was wrong I explained again. He eventually took the food came back and said it would be another 30min! The whole interaction was rude never once apologized for the mistake or for the extra wait. I'm standing here watching them give out free drinks to ppl who said they already received drinks. I usually go to the wingstop on chambers came here because they had a lesser wait time. I see why now

The wingstop on 120 Blondo owes me a credit for $30. Owners could care less. Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't go to this restaurant or any wingstop again.
