COUNT your wings BEFORE you leave!I will no longer order from here because half the orders are short wings. I forgot to count last time and was missing 10 WINGS on my 30 wing order! Not the first time this has happen, but certainly the last.Also, they don't care that they messed up. Not even a little. Consistently poor service.

Buyer beware!! Make sure, if you place an order online, that the order is accurate before submitting. I placed an order in early December but, within a few minutes, needed to make a few adjustments. I called in and she suggested canceling the order and making a new one. Big, BIG mistake!! I got a cancelation email, but was charged for both orders (roughly $100 each, it was for a birthday party). I called FIVE times over the course of 2 weeks and was given the run-around, excuses and fed lies. I finally had to call my bank and dispute the charge. OH, and when the order arrived, it was sloppy! Two sets of the wings ordered barely had any sauce and were overcooked, and one set looked like it was on the verge of being undercooked. It's CHICKEN! This restaurant has declined significantly over the last year!!

Update on 12.12.24, no customer service at all bunch of kids working there diving on their phones and no one to take orders for over 15 minutes, I asked one of them to help me with my order she looked at me then ignored me.NOT clean at all.

I placed my order of 1 chicken sandwich and small fry at 4:34pm on the app, originally estimated time was 15-18 minutes, got there a few minutes early expecting to maybe have to wait a couple minutes to get my order, oh boy was I wrong, there were more employees in the kitchen than customers in the store, and it took almost 40 minutes for them to finish my simple order?! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE and not to mention they were all goofing off and messing around instead of doing their jobs, and I got home finally after my long wait to find that they didn’t put the lid on the cup of cheese in the bag and cheese was EVERYWHERE! How do these people function in real life if they can’t make a simple sandwich or put a lid on a cup properly? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATIONS! TRASHHH

I ordered a 10 piece meal online. Picked up got home and it was 6! Called and spoken with David he informed me he would refund my money. He never did I had to call my bank 4 days later. They seems to have issues refunding whenever they mess up from just reading through reviews! GO TO ILIFF AND BUCKLEY LOCATION!! AVOID THEM!

I placed an order online the food was delivered to the wrong location and stolen it’s been such a HUGE HASSLE trying to get my food remade and re delivered I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN! Update I stood on the phone with door dash/3rd party and wingstop was told that order would be remade they both hung up and I called back to reconfirm now they’re stating they have no record I’m going to have to cancel my debit card that I used to even get a refund because clearly they can’t even make a redelivery correct DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!

Didn't taste too bad but I got violently and painfully sick from it. I had the garlic wings with blue cheese. Seriously hurt so bad. I thought I had ruptured something.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the whole staff, took forever to be given food to go, and all joking and playing around. A family came in immediately got served before me despite calling in advance. Fries that were sitting there were given to me, the wing tasted like they were dipped in water, then sauce disgusting. Such a stressful experience to get food, not going back ever I’d rather drive 30 minutes to Arapahoe or Parker location they know how to act AND serve well prepared delicious food.
