I witnessed a problem this Sunday, a man from nowhere came to complain that he wanted cheese in his order when he didn't order it, he yelled very rudely at the ladies in front of him that the customer is always right, but sir, just as you said that you work in a restaurant, you have to know that if it was your mistake, the restaurant doesn't have to fix a mistake that we as customers made, and if you don't accept to pay what you want, the lady never offended you...
