Usually most of the times that I get wings from this specific Wingstop something always ends up wrong in my order. Once I ordered a 20 piece half & half and I only got like 17. And also today I ordered a 15 piece meal and the fries were missing…. I used to work at Wingstop and from what I’m told they have a bunch of screens now helping them when I used to work there we would do it through the receipts. I understand if they didn’t have the screens on them and making mistakes that’s normal BUT TO HAVE A SCREEN IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE TELLING YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO PUT IN HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP 🤦🏻😂

I placed an order for a 20 piece Lemon Pepper. I drove 30 minutes to get them , to get home and to realize that the wings had no flavor at all. I called the store and they said that I could drive 30 minutes for them to add flavor. I said no , and they said that they offered to refund half of my order. That never happened. The real bad thing was this was my cheat meal and it was ruined.

Terrible service as they didn’t know they had an order online for pickup and stated they never got once and when I arrived they said something different to cover their faults . Even the stupid manager can take accountability. Do not go there yall.

Chris is really helpfully and professional, I needed a refund because my order never arrive with doordash, he was with me in the phone call to help me and thanks to him we can fix that. It was today 08/19 so is normal that I don't receive my refund yet, but when it happens I'll put another review and for sure gonna order again but now to carry out form store LOL.

Ordered from there multiple times nobody is fluent in English so it's hard to order in the first place, they either charge you for sides and don't give them to you or don't listen to you and tell you it wasn't on the order. Shitty service over the phone I was frustrated so I was being stern and constantly repeating myself over 5 times and got told to calm down and stop yelling because it's just food. Wasn't yelling just wasn't being the friendliest person because I'm tried of getting charged 3 dollars for a side and not receiving it. It get, it'd three dollars but in this economy 3 dollars is something to save if you can. Do better, thanks.
