I went for dinner at the Woolley’s grill and I was told I could only order takeout at 8:30 PM because the kitchen would be closing at 10 PM. However, I witnessed a white couple being seated and served for dine-in around 9:30 PM. My check was handed to me along with my drink, clearly signaling I wasn’t welcome to stay. I reported the incident to the front desk, and they assured me the General Manager would contact me but no one ever did. The lack of accountability and unequal treatment was deeply disappointing. Sadly, it seems that racism is still on the menu at this hotel and served generously.

This was a wonderful final dinner before flying out of Denver. Highly recommend the half chicken entree and the steak frites (pro tip exchange the fries for the red smashed potatoes:) Isaiah was a fun and helpful waiter to make it a memorable meal for our family.

Lisa at the breakfast buffet is amazing! Every morning she's got a welcoming attitude and smile, she even gave me an endearing nickname(Tinkerbell)! Really sets the bar for hospitality and makes an experience guests will fondly remember!

Breakfast with Lisa and the omelettes was stupendous! She has great energy and the food was definitely a step up from your average hotel breakfast! Complimentary drinks at the bar was a great touch and the bartenders over there were very friendly!

Stayed here for a concert and the place is amazing! Lisa our host welcomed us greatly for breakfast and put a pep in our step. The bartenders last night were great and gave us great recommendations for food. And those serving breakfast went above and beyond and offered food that wasn’t displayed. Great atmosphere
