I am so impressed with Yemeni Grill! We ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, shish tawook with rice, lamb haneeth, grape leaves, and a jug of mango juice, everything was absolutely delicious. All the meats were incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the food came out fresh and perfectly seasoned.
The stuffed grape leaves were honestly the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Truly outstanding!
The service is just as amazing as the food. Aqeel is the bes. He greets you like family the moment you walk in, always with a big smile. The hospitality here makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.
If you want incredible Middle Eastern food with warm, genuine service, Yemeni Grill is a must try. Highly recommended!

Incredible food, incredible service; a gem of a place. The baba ghanouj rivals the best--and just might be the best ever. And the refreshingly delicious lemon-mint drink is not to be missed. Our waiter Aqeel, like the food, was exceptional. We will be back!

If I can give a zero I would, the person who answers the phone is so rude, he won’t take an order on the phone and when I asked him how long it’s gonna take for the order to be ready. He told me to go and order from another place if I don’t like that and hang up the phone on me. Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately I don’t have the person name and hopefully he is not the owner.
Wow wow wow! This is definitely a hidden gem In Aurora. The food was absolutely delicious and the serving sizes were huge! We ordered one mix grill plate, one shrimp platter and a side of fries. There was so much food that we couldn’t finish it all, it’s enough for 2 more full meals! It was all cooked to perfection and brought out quickly. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing food! The portions are great. We ordered the lamb dish and the falafel. The lamb was clearly a slow-cooked, fatty cut, offering an incredibly rich and strong lamb flavor-a must-try for any true lamb lover! The falafel was mind-blowing; it had a savory, almost meaty taste, even though it's made from chickpeas. The cashier/waiter was very hospitable and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I have been a loyal fan of Yemeni cuisine since 2014, and I’ve visited many Yemeni restaurants over the years.
Unfortunately, my first experience ordering from this restaurant was extremely disappointing.
Despite the high meal prices, most Yemeni restaurants consistently offer generous or at least small-sized portions of salads and appetizers with their dishes. However, when I ordered a to-go meal from this place last night, I was shocked by what I received.
The “Mandi meal” its rice was completely dry, and the chicken placed on top was both dry and burned from the bottom. For a meal that cost $24, the quality was unacceptable — it genuinely felt like a rip-off. For example many other Authentic Yemeni restaurants in the Bay Area serve similar meals with extra effort for 15-18 dollars or including tax!
Because of this negative experience, my family, friends, and I will never be ordering from this restaurant again.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The team greeted us with genuine smiles and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and prepared with great care. The Mixed Grill, creamy Hummus, and hearty Lentil Soup were all exceptional. To finish, we enjoyed a soothing cup of mint tea that tied the whole experience together. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again soon!
