I live in the same building as this place , horrible customer service, always get orders wrong sometimes for a drink it can be 2 minutes or 20 , they close up to 1 hr early whenever they feel like it too

The food isn't bad as far as what I got. I got the chicken and fries but my main complaint is when you get those they are sitting in a bed of grease and oil and get soggy and nasty.

Terrible service. The girl working the front counter today was rude. The way she brought my food out and put it down on the counter screamed 'nasty attitude.' The atmosphere was weird. And by that i mean the air was foggy inside the store. The location is kind of bad for business as well. We only came to this location be cause the Colorado location is temporarily closed. Today was our first and last time visiting this location.

I’m usually not one to leave a bad review, however the staff here is just so rude. The food is great but I can’t with the poor attitudes and lack of customer service. Try the zero degree on Colorado blvd for a better experience.

I’ve been trying to reach your store since yesterday with no success. No one has answered the phone despite multiple attempts, and it’s been very frustrating.
I placed an order with simple requests:
I asked for three different sauces on the side, but my chicken was completely covered in barbecue sauce.
My fries were extremely salty.
I also requested an additional side of cheese and Hot Cheetos (to be served separately, not on the fries), but I received neither.
None of the sauces I requested were included either.
Given these issues and the lack of response from the store, I would appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me directly to address this situation.

The drinks are the best part of this location... Now the food is not the best the chicken wings are undercooked every other dish was too oily I ONLY recommend getting the drinks they are absolutely amazing!
