Love this place! The quantity of food you get is worth it!

I’ve been trying to reach your store since yesterday with no success. No one has answered the phone despite multiple attempts, and it’s been very frustrating.
I placed an order with simple requests:
I asked for three different sauces on the side, but my chicken was completely covered in barbecue sauce.
My fries were extremely salty.
I also requested an additional side of cheese and Hot Cheetos (to be served separately, not on the fries), but I received neither.
None of the sauces I requested were included either.
Given these issues and the lack of response from the store, I would appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me directly to address this situation.

The drinks are the best part of this location... Now the food is not the best the chicken wings are undercooked every other dish was too oily I ONLY recommend getting the drinks they are absolutely amazing!

Came in & got a strawberry bliss took one sip & tased awful ! Asked if i can get a different drink straight NO didn’t offer if it was missing sugar or flavor i asked if i can talk with a manager was denied as well

Man the popcorn chicken ( garlic butter salt) and fries (xxtra flaming hot Cheetos) was the perfect lunch ! The watermelon slush was the perfect ending as well ?

Our dish of garlic butter fries was incredible!!! I've not had anything else but drinks and these fries but if the fries are the standard then you'll be in our community for a long time!!! Customer service though is non-existent and that's a shame because your experience and atmosphere are just as important as your food!!!
Vegetarian options: Garlic. Butter. Fries. (I highly recommend this dish)!!!!

This place is an absolute joke they have the open sign on counted 4 employees and neglect to take my order cause they were on brake who runs this business is an absolute joke to the industry who can you not organize your staff to go on brake one by one instead on losing all this business literally 5 people walk out in the matter of seconds

Couldn’t order food because they were “on break” at 4:45pm. Don’t put it on the menu if I can’t order it. They should do better you and you (the reader of this brief review) should go somewhere else to get drinks/whatever else. There’s places that’s close enough.

Came at 7:15pm..sign on door read” on break don’t come in”. While 3 or more employees playing in the kitchen. If u close at 8:30 why have breaks at 7
