Why would online orders need to wait in a 10 minute line? Or let people know so they can plan accordingly. My friends food sat for over 10 minutes because I had to wait in the drive through line. Just doesn’t add up.

They have great food and pretty good drinks. The people are always nice and very friendly. The locations are pretty local in Aurora, but none in Centennial. The service can be pretty slow though. The wait time is over 10 minutes. Otherwise great place!

I ordered on Uber eats.. And this being my first time. I seen they offer burritos. So I ordered one online it shows a beautiful burrito. when I received this burrito it was like a bean paste.. I can’t believe I was catfished!! 😖😖
Great place for a quick stop for coffee with vegan options. Food is OK but limited. I have only used the drive thru, but they have outside seating for the warmer months.

i've been looking for a new stop to get a quick coffee and breakfast, which is why i decided to give ziggis a try . absolutely fenomenal. the employees are super sweet and friends and interactive . will definitely be back :)

Only customer on a snowy night 11/8 first person was a super sweet kid, when i received my drink it tasted like hazelnut. I said this taste like hazelnut, the polite young man went to get his coworker. Coworker comes to the window and says I made a caramel latte, he then said but I guess I’ll remake it, I said not with that attitude , I would be afraid of what he would spit into it. Really a shame, Ziggis is such a great company and I have never had such terrible service at one. A word of advice watch your cameras, secret shop, luckily I always have my work phone, so if the owner of this franchise sees this and would like the recording, let me know, I will happily provide it. You won’t have a business much longer if he’s on staff.
