I usually go to this location, and my kids really like the campfire cocoa and unicorn punch. But the drinks haven't been as good as they usually are the last couple of times I've been. The campfire cocoa doesn't taste like chocolate anymore, which is a shame, because it used to be our favorite. And the employees don't ask you anymore about adding any extra ingredients. I'm not sure if it's because they've changed their policies or if they've just stopped caring.

I've been coming to this location for about 2-3 years now. About 1 to 3x a week. And now it seems like everything has changed. My kid loved the Frozen Campfire Coco and it doesn't taste like chocolate milk anymore. Not sure if they changed their recipe or ingredients. But we can tell the diference. When we would order our drinks we were always asked if whe whanted the add-ons. And now they don't offer it anymore. Now we need to be specific with what we whant in our drinks. We asked for cream and we got whipped cream. And this is the second time it happens. Now we are changing where we get ziggis or a different coffee shop.

Had to put it as 2 stars because its usually good but twice now the drive through took about 20 minutes when there was only four cars. Both times they told me that their machine was down so we didnt even get anything. If their system is down they need to not waste our time.

I never ever thought I’d be one of those people who would be a regular anywhere, but the team at this Ziggi’s makes me feel like family. Every visit I know it’s going to incredible coffee and wonderfully friendly people asking me how I’m doing. It’s truly a highlight of my morning whenever I stop by, and Jared and his team are truly some of the kindest people doing amazing work to make everyone feel seen and welcome. Love y’all!
