Westin Lobby Bar

We have dined at Stoke & Rye several times and never had such terrible service. Our drinks did not arrive until after our appetizers and they were not even correct. Instead of bringing my husband an old fashioned, he was brought a ginger ale. They did not bring him the correct drink until after the main course arrived so we shared my cocktail. The dining room was half empty so I don't think being overwhelmed was an issue but even if it was just having the server speak with us about the issue instead of hiding from our table would have been better. We have both worked in the service industry for many years and were quite disappointed in the experience. The food was great so no disrespect to the kitchen.

The service was good. the entree not so much my wife and i both had the Valentine special dinner and were a bit disappointed. the Ribeye was quite tough and dry we only ate about a third. she had a medium and I had medium Rare. We had a fabulous dinner at Stoke &Rye on Valentines Day. Lance was an exceptional server. Anticipated anything we may need. The manager stopped by to check on us and the ladies got a rose! We will be back.

Very slow and inattentive service. Our starters and entrees all came out at once. No one seemed to really care. The food was good, but a marginal experience overall.

Nice blend of an upscale and casual environment. Appreciated the comfortable leather chairs. Menu has a blend of typical dishes like fillet with mashed potatoes and asparagus that was cooked to the requested temperature. They have a few creative items, but don't get way outside the box and have a couple vegetarian options too. Decent wine list. Service was excellent, and the manager stopped by more than once to check on how things were going. Overall, this was a very enjoyable dining experience, 

Our server was friendly and did what she could, but that could not make up for how slow the bar and kitchen were. My wife's skillet chicken dinner was lukewarm and was somehow presented in a lukewarm skillet. Our salads and soup arrived before we were finished with the appetizer.

Excelent food and service. Naguel, one of our servers, was great, very attentive and profesional.

The Colorado Bass and the Skillet Chicken were so good that we are going back tonight. We may order the same thing! The Old Fashion Cocktail was perfect also. We will ask for Kyle because he was a top-notch server. We love it when the server knows the dishes and pays attention to the proper time to approach the table.

The food was prepared well, and the ambience was nice. Portion sizes are good, we could've shared the main course. The service was a bit slow, but the waitress was nice. Everything is expensive in Beaver Creek, for the price. This was pretty good. Decent wine list. The bar is great. Good hang out.

Lance was a wonderful waiter. We had an issue with our onion soup and he took care of it and had a new one made. We were stuck in a corner and it took 10 minutes for anyone to realize we were at a table. Food was delicious. The chicken was amazing. My daughter loved the table side Cacio de Pepe. We will be back again !

Lance was great! Great service, attention and insight on menu items. The smoked oysters were amazing!!!! A great date night.

machine screw in dessert Yes you are reading it correctly. Screw in my cookie jar dessert. Could have broken a tooth or worse. Never in my life have I had that experience. Manager discounted the food - can't believe that was the extent of the apology for almost killing a guest. Save your life, don't' eat there regardless of how trendy it might look. Screws in food aren't trendy. Board of health should visit this place quickly and shut them down.

Very good but expensive and not the best value. We were staying at the Westin so it was convenient.

We've been here several times. This was the best by far! The specialty vodka drink was yummy. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The hamburger and ravioli were very good. Our server, Lance, was excellent. We will return. The bar is pretty... a good spot for groups small and large. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our meal at SToke & Rye was ok. Nothing special as far as the food goes. The homemade rolls were awesome. Tuna and chicken so so. Burger and Steak frites very god. The best part of our meal was our server. Lance was perfectly attentive without being a bother.
