BsB was a very popular brewpub & restaurant on a Tuesday evening. But we were seated right away, table service was prompt and attentive throughout our stay, food was nicely plated, served quickly, and was tasty.Our server recommended their homemade berry cobbler, with ice cream, which we could not turndown, and did enjoy.We will return.
I love this place and don't go into the Durango area without stopping by. Great Green Chili Stew and salads. They have an IPA that has the notes of a fine English Bitter Ale. Absolutely outstanding and a bit unique.
I knew it had to be a good watering hole because at 6 pm on a Weds there were no seats available. The service was excellent although the kitchen was about 30 mins behind. Didn't try beers but wine was superb; had fish and chips (pollock in a tempura batter) which was quite tasty (8.5 points) coleslaw was better than most, lots of FF's fully browned and crispy.
