This is THE classic roadhouse bar in SW Colorado and well worth your time to stop in and grab a drink - especially when they have live music on-tap !!! Fans from all over the country were crushed to hear The Billy Goat Saloon had closed down a couple of years ago, and thrilled to hear the bar had reopened in late 2024. The new owner is terrific and very serious about bringing The Goat back to its former glory. So roll on over to Bayfield, step inside to grab a drink or two, and soak in the legendary vibes of the BGS - now reborn as The Lost Goat Tavern.

Awesome dive bar located in Gem Village, between Durango and Pagosa. My buddy visited here 8 years ago on a motorcycle trip and couldn't wait to take me. Friendly staff, good prices, pool tables and an outside deck. Stop in for a drink or two.

I had a wonderful afternoon at the Billy Goat today. It was a cold, dreary day. The many tv's at the Goat were showing the many football games being played. JUST what I wanted to see! Great bar maid!!
