Vacationing in Avon and we love Spanish cuisine so decided to check out Artiza. Was happy to see a 25% off "sale" for our bill -- nice touch given how quiet it is at the moment. The food very tasty. Particularly the paella. However, the service left a lot to be desired. And the service can't be blamed on crowds b/c we were the only diners in the place except for one other table. We ordered a potato appetizer that was supposed to come with chorizo. It arrived at our table w/o the chorizo. When we pointed out to our server he asked if we wanted our dish returned to the kitchen for chorizo to be added. Um, no. Seems like a weird way to handle this (versus re-preparing the dish). The items we ordered were served in an odd-order as well. Server awkwardly refilled water in a way that was super intrusive. Additionally, at the end of the meal, the server didn't clear the table all at once. Rather, cleared a plate, came back to clear another, etc. Just constant interruptions to clear a table. We also were never offered a dessert menu. Just really odd service.
Lovely space, friendly service. It was a very quiet night when we dined. The chicken skewers and potato/ tomato dishes were very good. The mussels and chorizo tapas just didn't work. Prices were high for some dishes. I hope they make they really tried to make it a nice experience.
A delicious and refreshing change from standard fare found at Beaver Creek. Food was flavourful, portions were good, service was warm and welcoming. A nice selection of wine. Will definitely return.
It felt like they weren't expecting any business despite having an early reservation. Inside was nearly empty when we arrived yet our orders took a long time and they kept apologizing. The food was good, but definitely priced like at BC base prices.
We had a wonderful dinner experience at Arita. The food is absolutely incredible. We shared the octopus and paella. And service was fantastic! We sat outside but could hear the live music inside. It was a lovely night. Great experience overall! We'll be back the next time we're in Beaver Creek!
Food and atmosphere was fantastic. They seem under staffed so service is slow so don't go if you are on a schedule. We enjoyed the live music but was a bit loud for a dinner setting. Super fun place though. We enjoyed it
We ordered the gazpacho which was outstanding .w The arugula salad was uniquely prepared. We shared paella which had large chunks of lobster and seafood and mussels. Our service was also fabulous. All in all we really enjoyed our last dinner in Beaver Creek Village and hope to return again to Aritza.
Great Spanish Food - Authentic & Delicious. Went twice in a span of a few days. Doris runs a great group. Sabastian & Francisco took great care of us. Cheers🍷
We had excellent service, great food, and so much fun listening to the Flamenco live music!
We had a wonderful evening! It was our Anniversary, and they went all out to make it special for us! We felt as if we were welcomed into a special place in their home! Our server Sebastien was fantastic and we enjoyed talking with him about food and everything else! The chef prepared food that made us feel like we were back in Spain… they gave us a perfect experience and we were talking all about it the next day. This place is amazing!

High quality addition to the village of Beaver Creek. Certainly not inexpensive, but nothing is here- so I'd say on par with the prices of all other establishments. Food was very good and the waitstaff very helpful with their descriptions and recommendations. Did not sample any of the wines during this visit, but the bartender made some excellent cocktails. Will definitely return!
Service was spotty. We had to ask for a server after sitting at the table for 15 minutes. When they arrived we placed our drink and dinner orders at the same time because it seemed as if it was going to be hard to get served. The staff were all friendly and as the night went on the service improved. Our favorite dishes were the pinxios with chorizo and mussels and the pastas bravado in tomato sauce. Cocktails were excellent... a mojito and an espresso martini. The music and dancing were fun.... But too loud.
Had an enjoyable Friday evening at Aritza. Great entertainment (mariachi band), very good Spanish tapas. Particularly enjoyed the shrimp pintxos and the bacalao. The staff was limited & busy making service a little slow, but it was fun and we will return.
