Sebastian was the kindest and most attentive server we’ve had in years. He gave us remarkable service celebrating our anniversary despite late arrival. Sebastian made sure we ordered the best of the food and wine, while suggesting a crianza that elevated our experience. He even brought us cava and dessert to make our evening more special. We went in cold to our reservation. Didn’t know anything about the restaurant but it was close to the theatre so we took a chance!
Aritza is charming and the food was FANTASTIC! So much flavor and so fun to try things we’ve never had. Service was wonderful by an adorable attentive Argentinian waiters. Drinks were spot on! There was even a Spanish style guitarist which added to the wonderful atmosphere.

My wife and I discovered this Aritza last year. We had recently been to Spain so we were excited to find this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and engaging. I am back in Beaver Creek and have jusr eaten at Aritza for the second time. It was every bit as good as the first time.
