This was a special evening for our 40th anniversary, and the Beaver Creek Chophouse did a wonderful job of making it special for us. Beautiful view from the dining room and an outstanding meal with great service.

Experience and service was great. Daniel was an excellent server. Food was just OK especially for the money. Steak was tough. Mashed potatoes tasted like frozen mashed potatoes. Salad and bread was great. Terrible wines by the glass. I've seen better at mid priced chains. Views of the mountains are magical. Go for the experience but get a burger instead of springing for the steak.
Oh how times have changed. Hadn't been here in 6 years and was truly disappointed. This is no longer a fine dining experience or restaurant. Sorry to see the changes. Food was good, but not equivalent to the price paid. Service was good but nothing like the excellence of the past. My guess is more chicken fingers and fries are served now than filets. Sadly, our last visit to this restaurant.
Great venue - our server Ken was super nice. Bummer was our food took FOREVER. Apparently the order was lost. The kids noodles were hard on the edges like they'd been sitting out. Would think twice about coming back.

A lovely base of the mountains location for a good Colorado meal with family or friends. The service was excellent with a very attentive staff. the wide open doors that take the inside out and a location that puts you in the middle of it all, adds a special touch to the Beaver Creek experience. Our steaks were perfectly done to our specifications. It was a very pleasant meal and night.

Steaks were great as was the signature salad. Our waitress's English was not the best, but she still was okay. She understood we were in a hurry as we had a show to make. All in all it was a nice experience. My husband loved his wedge salad. We'll come back.
They had large parties so it took forever for the smaller parties to be served their food. Salads and drinks were what you'd expect. The main entrees were just okay. We wouldn't go back.
Excellent service. Food was outstanding. A bit pricey but that comes with eating in Beaver Creek and ordering expensive food. However, sitting at the base of the mountain, with an excellent band playing, it was well worth the price! If you haven't experienced eating outside on a beautiful summer day at the Beaver Creek Chophouse, you have to go! I highly, highly recommend it!

Attentive service, great wine selection, and strong menu options. The tuna poke appetizer with plaintain strips to dip in the avocado mix was amazing and plenty for two to share. Salmon entree with corn purée and vegetable succotash was flavorful, steaks and filet entrees were great. Sea bass entree is also excellent. Tables near the windows have nice “outdoor” view.
This is a great location to grab a bite and beer to keep on the mountains. It's literally gives you the view of Beaver Creek. Food is good. But your paying for the view

Very nice family experience. I did not like to be charged $5 for a splash of Béarnaise sauce while paying $75+ for a steak and a mushroom topping —felt a bit cheap for a restaurant of that class. Server was very nice—adjusted a channel to allow us to watch March madness while dining. He was quick and attentive. Nice evening.
Food as always very good. Service very disappointing. Drinks they brought half the order, my wife's glass of wine took another 10 minutes. When we couldn't find the waiter for some time my son walked around and saw he was in the kitchen having dinner and chatting...
The food and service was excellent! Would definitely eat here again and recommend it to others. Only mildly dissatisfied about being seated in the Chophouse Bar area where noise levels were higher and the ambience not as upscale. Still very good overall.
