We had the best night with amazing food. Started with bread, warm and fresh. Had pork belly for appetizer, plated on corn salpicon. Main courses were devoted and portioned just right. Rocky mountain elk loin, medium rare, with wild rice and brocolini. The Bison teres major wS also medium rare over polenta with haricots vents and sherry of Jerez. The food and service was wonderful. The waiter was spot on recommending the elk and trout. And the the burrata appetizer and prosciutto appetizer with eggplant relish was off the chart.
