Went 2 families and enjoyed the food, the service and was a great moment. Highly recommended and the desserts are very good !! Thanks a lot!

We were at a Beaver Creek conference and had a private happy hour for about 50 people at The Met. It was a great experience! The food selection was varied and each appetizer/dish was not only delicious, but was presented nicely-great chef! Edgar, the manager, was very personable and accommodating. The servers and staff were all very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend dining at The Met Kitchen!

We had such a good time and dining experience thanks to our excellent server Guillermo. I would definitely come back the next time I am in Beaver Creek.

All six of the small plates we ordered were delicious! It was hard to decide which was our favorite. The servers were so personable and attentive. We can't wait to go back!

We used to love to come to The Met. Been going there every year we come to Beaver Creek for past 7 years. Used to have a GREAT Menu and really good crafted cocktails and service. Now, Menu only has a handful of items that are any good. Cocktails use to be better, manhattans with sphere ice and a cherry in neat glass, now just served in juice glass with bar ice no cherry. Old fashion also not as good, except splash of soda was actually half the cocktail, no orange and cherry was muttled. No one was in restaurant and service was lacking. When leaving kitchen staff and servers all on their phones. What was a standard must for every year we come to Beaver Creek, will now NOT be on our list of restaurants

We went to the kitchen for our anniversary dinner. The tables were too high for the chairs, but other than that it was a nice evening. The food was delicious and the service was great!

ordered the cauliflower and sent it back 3x It was not cooked still had wet batter! Should be fried and crunchy - Baratta salad good - lobster tacos needed more flavor. Ate outside which is nice.

Empty restaurant at 6:30 PM so we thought it would be terrible service however our server Guiilermo was great. The only bad part of the meal was the temperature of the short rib stuffed mushrooms which were not hot, they were lukewarm but very tasty - with a nicely flavored short rib stuffing, well cooked (tender) mushrooms caps and a very creamy white sauce - gorgonzola? - over the top. The toasted bread slices had a nice amount of butter and were very warm. The prosciutto and arugula flatbread was very light and tasty at the same time. A nice change of ace from pepperoni and sausage etc. The wedge salad was ordered with red onions (none of the description) and an added rare steak. The beef as expected was very, very chewy although it had good flavor, the blue cheese was nice and stinky and the dressing was a thinner yet flavorful dressing, =not at all gloopy as they can often be. A spicy margarita was delicious and the low end ($11) rose was very dry and crisp as described by Guillermo. Would like to return with others to share more of the interesting apps we could not taste with only two of us!

Met had been recommended to us by friends. We really enjoyed the meal. We have already added Met to our dining rotation. And we will bring family and friends.

Great place for gatherings with friends and family since most of the food choices are easily shared.

Been here several times and food is always good. Great variety for all tastes/preferences. Our friend's first time and comment was, "Best Tuna Poke" he's ever had. Stuffed mushrooms unique and can't go wrong with lobster rolls or tacos. Pricing "on par" with Beaver Creek Village; i.e. high - $17 for a cocktail but nice options for cocktails and wine. Service was the worst I've ever had there. They were all very pleasant but slow and not attentive. We arrived at 7p on a Sunday and the place had cleared out in 30 min due to either Happy Hour or most were going to show at Vilar. We were last table and had to ask for dessert and then seemed like music kept inching up in volume.

Service was slow and food was very average. Got the burrata with heirloom tomatoes but it only came with a few cherry tomatoes! The lobster tacos were tasteless with sub par lobster.

Nice selection; the fryer was broken so three items were not available. A little noisy; only one table for 4 was available outside and it was 'reserved' even though we had a reservation.
