Walked into Domino's today Aug 29, 2025 at 11:30 am to place an order for the hubby and ask if they can make my pizza a special way. They were so wonderful and understanding and willing to help. The manager that worked today was so great. I appreciated him and all they did for me. Not to mention the pizza was delicious. Thank you

I’ve never had so many different problems with one dominos. I ordered a cookie cake from there one time and it was not fresh and pieces of different cookie cakes. And was cold. Today I ordered three sauces and I didn’t get any of them. I don’t understand why I’ve had so many issues with this one dominos. Not completing orders food not being fresh I just don’t understand cause every time is something different.

Worst service ever. Ordered way ahead of time for pickup. After a wait, online said it was being prepped @ 7:09 pm. Nothing until 7:30 pm said it was going into the oven. What? When my son got there to pick up, not one person acknowledged him. He had to wait for someone to come to the counter. This was around an hour from when I ordered. Sad, not sad that this will be the LAST TIME ordering from this store.

This dominos is TERRIBLE! After waiting for over an hour sitting in our truck outside the restaurant for our curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes from when we ordered it, we went in and asked for our order at which the employees could not find our order. The tracker said our order was complete and I confirmed it was sent to that location. At that point the manager told us they gave our entire order (3 large pizzas, 1 medium pizza, and 1 8-count wing) to someone else. He then proceeded to say that they would not give us anything for free or even any kind of discount. So we asked for a full refund. I think it’s terrible that they in essence gave our order for free to someone else, but wouldn’t give anything free to us for their major screw up. We will NEVER order from here again!

Food is subpar at best, they never get the order right. Last time the order took forever to get delivered, by the time I got it the food was cold. There app also sucks it never works right

The place is good for a small town the only downside is their phones don't work so if you don't have the app you have to go in
Phones have been down for over a week. Customers cannot call in to order. Absolutely unacceptable! FIX IT!!!!!!!

Ordered chicken Alfredo to go! Why is it when you order a to go the meal portions are smaller? Ordering our should be the same portions as eating in. We pay the same prices, but eating takeout get less!! I guess I can't add my photo of my food.
