The place is good for a small town the only downside is their phones don't work so if you don't have the app you have to go in

Ordered chicken Alfredo to go! Why is it when you order a to go the meal portions are smaller? Ordering our should be the same portions as eating in. We pay the same prices, but eating takeout get less!! I guess I can't add my photo of my food.

We ordered pizza says it’s been delivered but we have no pizza. Been listening to the recording that they will be right with me for 25:00 mins so far. At this point I just want a refund we are going somewhere else. But I guess I’ll continue to hold. This is the worst Dominos I have ever experienced. I wish we had a different option out here. 45:00 and took me going to the store to get refund because apparently the phone don’t work is what I was told

I’ve given this Domino’s multiple chances, but at this point, it’s clear they just don’t care about customer service. Every time I order, they quote a certain time, and without fail, the food arrives at least an hour later than promised. This isn’t a one-time thing—it’s happened consistently, and I know I’m not the only one. Everyone in Bennett and Strasburg says the same thing.
The staff has an attitude whenever you call to check on your order. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they act like you’re the problem for expecting your food anywhere close to on time. There’s zero accountability, and they make it clear that they don’t care whether you’re happy with the service or not.
If another pizza place opens in this area, I have no doubt this Domino’s will struggle to keep customers. Hopefully, competition comes soon because this location has no incentive to improve as long as they’re the only option. Until then, expect long waits, rude service, and a total lack of concern for their customers.

I'm not walking a mile to a store to get my order when I ordered delivery. It's a delivery order, supposed to be delivered. Really? Lamest dominos I've ever dealt with 🙄

They often Under cooked the pizza. Last time I ate here, I got food poisoning. Very nasty place. DO not recommend. Wish they would close down amd put a better pizza place here.

Don't order from here if you're from Bennett! I placed an order and I very much gave a detailed address of where I live and where the food would need to be delivered, in fact I gave the address almost four times to the person I spoke to on the phone.. she assured me that she could deliver to our address because it had Bennett in the address and it would be no issue. An hour later I received a call saying that they could not deliver to my address because it was a street further than where they currently deliver even though I gave a detailed description and address almost four times to the person I spoke to upon ordering. I get there is a range but we are mere miles from the location this was honestly just very frustrating. Also To note the J&J liquor store that is across the street from this dominos has always delivered to us. (I HIGHLY recommend them unlike this dominos) So just be VERY THOROUGH with who you speak with because apparently they cannot decide where they deliver to until the food is made and ready to go. Very disappointed.. literally just ... Wow.
