Food is microwaved mediocre at best. Order in person because if you order via the app they will give your food away.
Service is hit or miss. You may be the only person in line and the blond clerk looks annoyed your bothering her. I just skip going at this point for the hatefulness of most the staff
Atmosphere-its awkwardly placed in a grocery store.
While I will admit I'm not obsessed with Starbucks I'll gowhen ya just need coffee but I avoid this one as much as possible.

I’m not usually a Starbucks person so I’m not familiar with all their drinks but today while parking at loves I decided to get a drink. It’s been awhile since I’ve had any Starbucks but the few times I’ve had it I’ve enjoyed it. I ordered an iced early grey latte and did pick up, I was at the counter 5 minutes after ordering and my drinks ice was all melted? I was confused. I took a drink and there was no sweetener even though I did the standard syrup pumps on the app and there was no milk. It tasted like un sweetened tea. Very bummed.

I’ve gone here for years. The current staff is by far the best they’ve had. Drinks hit every time. Staff is friendly. No matter how busy they are like this morning my drink was great. I appreciate a great coffee to start my day!!

This place has gone downhill. I understand customer service considering it's the only job I have but when look angry and disgusted with having to be there no one is going to wanna order. On top of tht I got a strawberry creme frappe and all of the strawberry jam was in the bottom of the cup. Worst birthday drink ive had made in the 4 years ive been going. Maybe spread it throughout the cup next time. I didn't say thank you or even make eye contact cause they all looked so angry.

I went inside to grab a cup of coffee and a worker who is inside, lights on, and cleaning the store looked at me directly and said, “Hi, we’re closed.” Mind you I looked on the Starbucks app and their exact location on google to see what time they close before I entered the store. Both apps stated that they close at 7PM, it was 5:55PM when I went to go get one cup of coffee. Very disappointing and they need to work on their service.

This place is awesome the staff are very professional and kind. Isla today helped me pay for my order it was not necessary as I was going to cancel the item but absolutely appreciated and I want to thank her going forward for her kindness to me and my children!! Also I visit here regularly and I still don’t know anyone by name but I can attest that anytime grocery shopping and on weekends there is usually a line, and even having been in that line before they accommodate everyone quickly and efficiently. As far as I know they also have never been out of any items and are quick to get you your items.

Kid-friendliness: Have chocolate milk juice boxes and lots of deserts

Very poor service by the young lady named Sierra, or sienna. I was the only one waiting to order. I had waited about 5 minutes. The other two ladies were making drinks for other customers. This Sierra or sienna came walking behind me and next thing I know she was at the register and ask if she could help me. I placed my order and went set down. The ladies finished making all the drinks for the customers ahead of me and everyone disappeared except for this young lady and another lady that she was apparently training. It took me a few minutes to realize nobody was making any drinks so I walked up and asked what happened to my drink? This young lady said oh they forgot to make it. She slapped the label on my cup and set it down. She then went over and start training again. I waited quite a while and then one of the ladies that was making drinks for the customers ahead of me came back from her break. I finally walked up and asked if anybody was going to make my drink. I stated that I'd been waiting quite a long time. Then Sierra or sienna got nasty with me and said I told you I was training someone! I explained to her that she should have been making my drink when she realized they had forgot to make it! Mind you I am the only customer at the counter during all of this! Someone needs to teach her how to be in customer service I've never had such a nasty barista in Starbucks!
