Not sure how this place has raving reviews. Overall the food is very bland as mentioned by another recent reviewer. The naan is more like store bought pita, not traditional naan. And the saag is blended to a puree, not like the photo they have advertised.

My SO and I ordered from here craving some Indian food. Food was very bland for being Indian cuisine. The predominant flavor was ghee (clarified butter). We were expecting the punch of spices, curry, heat, but we were left disappointed. I'd guess they tamed it way down for the populace.

I don't understand all these great reviews. I ordered chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. The masala chicken was tender, but I didn't like the sauce and for the first time put salt on curry. The butter chicken sauce was better but the chicken was chewy. The naan tasted like it came from some frozen section at a health food store. I need to get it through my head, you get what you pay for and order from Taste of India.

I LOVE this place. I order their food all the time and has become one of my favorite restaurants around! One of my orders was messed up slightly and they remade it without question. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

These owners are SO nice. We order food from Colorado Curry all the time, it’s consistent and delicious! We used to order from Grubhub and a driver stole our food. The restaurant was gracious enough to remake our food for free and allowed us to pick it up. Now they deliver so we order delivery directly from their website!

Great place to get a variety of tasty curries in Northern Colorado. Almost didn’t see them since it’s inside of Grandpa’s Café. LOVED the saag paneer and chicken rogan josh. Medium spice was a nice amount of heat.

Stingy as hell with their rice.

Every time I order “ to go” and have more than one meal ordered for my family… I only receive one container of rice. I don’t think that’s right…. I paid $52 and received one container of rice for two meals.

So if you want what you pay for you have to ask that they give you what you deserve…. Super cool….

This is a Berthoud staple. I get dinner here at every opportunity. They are very friendly and the food is incredible. I can't recommend it enough. If you're considering going here, just go. You won't be disappointed.

your chicken biryani isn’t actually biryani it is mixed of rice with gravy chicken (kind of pullao) instead of following the process of making chicken biryani which is dum (means steamed process)
or half done rice and chicken then put them all together with processed indian masala.
Naan are also not self made they were store bought and you guys just heat’em up and selling, hope your chief should not repeat this i knew bcoz i am also a chef. so pls dont let our authentic food run in wrong hands.best of luck.

Colorado Curry is located in Granda's Cafe in Berthoud. It is an American food Cafe all day, but offers Colorado Curry after 3PM.

We came in to order takeout and were greeted by the Owner. He was very friendly and answered our questions, as well as informing us about one of the dishes that would take a bit longer to prepare.

We had the Momos, Samosa, Chicken Biriyani, and Butter Naan. All of the food was cooked just right, and was well seasoned but not over seasoned as some Indian Restaurants do. We are occasional Indian food eaters, but have tried top rated restaurants in 4 different states. This was as good as the best we have had (a restaurant in Salt Lake City).

Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
