It seems like every time I order from this location, it is late. My order took over an hour. I showed up later than the app said it would be ready and it was not ready. I watched the screen go from bake to ready. When asking the employees they said the screen was down, so I waited more, and then more, after I saw person after person pick up their pizzas I confronted them again. It still wasn't ready, finally they started opening other people's pizza's and fulfilled my order with other people's orders and then requested a remake or whatever to fill the gaps. The pizza quality is garbage and the only reason we buy it is because it is cheap and fast. My time is valuable, so now it is bad pizza, that is slow, and not cheap once factoring in my sitting around for 45 minutes. This place sucks and I will tell anyone that will listen because this is a pattern of terrible. All that said, the people are friendly at least.

Wrong order was delivered. Told us he would be back with right order... Never came back. Had to call over 45 min later. The response was sorry the driver did not tell us.. they didn't even offer to discount service for their mess up Try other location for better service..

Had a delivery from here. They undercooked my pizza, gave me barely any dipping sauce for the bread bites. It was really abysmal to say the least. 8-22-25 However, They did make it up to me, as they resent me a new meal on a different day totally free of charge. But this time, it was executed perfectly. Which is why I also updated my rating. They’re more than worthy of a second chance! 9-2-25

Management from corp office on down is horrible. On site manger's don't have answers to questions tell you to call corp office and it's nothing but a answering machine and nobody ever returns a phone call. This is how they get away with hiring 16 year old as managerd who can only cry when comforted with a issue and only say I can't answer Foinos needs to get it together.

Just picked up my pizzas. Both missing ingredients. One pizza had zero pepperoni and the other had no Philly steak. The staff was nice enough and it always looks clean inside. But it would be nice to get what we ordered.

Had a delivery driver get so mad when I asked why my pizza hadn’t even been in the oven after 30 minutes. This is the third time in a row some employees have been very rude. After talking to me she want to go talk rudely to the manager pointing and laughing. So unprofessional.
