We walked up to the door and as my hand was on the door handle the girl that worked there rushed up and flipped the sign to closed and slammed it against the window in our face! I understand it may have been closing time but she could have just said sorry we are closed or something nicer than a slam in the face. For a local small town establishment, that was very rude, we won’t be back!

I feel ever since the change of ownership that everything isn’t as good as it was. The food and drinks are still good. I can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone when calling and their website rerely takes online order pick-ups. For example, I called 3 times in 20 minutes and no one picked up, even though they are open. Then when I arrive, they are obviously a little busy (which is why I wanted to call in an order) so I left and spent money somewhere else. Just a bummer when there’s so much potential, but lack of order efficiency drives people to look elsewhere. And if it’s a staffing issue, hire more people.

One of my favorite coffee places I’ve been to and some of the best coffee I’ve had. We ordered a vanilla cold brew and iced vanilla matcha latte with oat milk. Two medium drinks came out to be about $12 which is reasonable. They have a big selection of food with gluten free and vegan options, also at reasonable prices. Service was very fast and friendly. They even brought us extra oat milk. The ambience is very cozy and welcoming. I would have loved to sit here with a good book if I had more time. I highly recommend stopping by!
